I have a problem with locking/unlocking. When I lock the phone (tapping the power button) from the start screen the OS crashes and restarts. So I need to open a random app to lock it. Should I return it? It's under warranty. I dont want to mess with the recovery tool from microsoft to loose the warranty.

My system restarts in 7/10 when i lock the phone (power button, lock screen). It's really annoying. The system is updated and the apps are too. Hard reset doesnt help. The phone is under warranty, tomorrow i will return it.

I bought a Lumia 550 this week. Today Microsoft forcibly applied updates. Applications except Edge and FM radio have stopped working. The phone is reduced to an expensive piece of plastic.
Really poor quality which is a shame because the Nokia manufactured Lumias were good phones. I used an 820 for three years and it was great.
Should have known that MS would mess things up and bought Android instead. Google isn't great but at least they don't mess up so badly.

Not pleased at all with the fact I can't add contacts. Makes no sense this is a pivotal part of having a phone and I was unable to do it

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT...
...unless you can personally fix unsolvable problems with contacts. Unable to import contacts from old SIM card despite doing it correctly. Contacts were automatically added to my phone without my consent of people I do not know. These contacts were not able to be deleted. I was not able to add contacts. The + was pressed to add contacts, and the phone returns to the main screen.
Very poor product, very dissatisfied.

Well on August 2, Microsoft is going to release its anniversary update for both phone & pc, then your phone will be as stable as wp8.1

My company just returned 30 of these units and replaced them with BlackBerry Leap.
Colleagues much happier with the Leap
