I had made a negative comment on this phone but with the updates it is starting to perform better still more to do but I believe MS are working on this the apps seem to not be freezing in fact the phone has not frozen since updating and battery is a lot better swiping through menu etc is smooth on mine now

Got also microsoftmfg update and build 10586.164 good and stable. No hang and reset need. Good phone and durable even drop many times still good.

I have this phone 2 days and its the worst mobile I´ve ever had. I changed SIM Card from my old phone and all contacts arent there. Same was with pictures in Memory Card. And also it has problem connect to wifi and connect to your own Microsoft account in Shop.
Dont buy this phone.

just got an MICROSOFTMDG update in my lumia 550
after the update it became really smooth
thank you for the update microsoft.
and guys please stop critisizing windows phone 10
its better than android at least
just it have limited amount of apps.
and please dont judge the hardware of the lumia.
its not an android.

Had this phone for 5 days and have had to charge it every night even though I turned off the Bluetooth and had it on standby during the day, cheap and not cheerful will not buy another Microsoft phone

Fails miserably as a device, constantly rebooting , UI takes 10 mins to raster if ever. Makes calls on its own and wont hang up . Very disappointing and Metoeor to boot in trying to get it replaced is a nightmare .

Hello phone communities,i had use almost all os and i find that if you love music,want to be unique or different from normal user then go for windows. Try use lumia models with clearblack screen and dolby sound system. You definitely feel like holding flat hd tv in your hands. Every people have their own favourite os. It depends whether you love colourful tiles or normal iconic menu..

hey this phone with this price its great phone i use it 40 days and nothing problem 4- 5 day battery with open 24 hour wifi and whats up aplication but first close the all backround aplication, upgrade the windows 10 then all its ok

The photos and video show perfectly well in the galleries as you call it, in my phone. And what is it that you need to find anyway. All the apps can be found if you swipe left from the start screen. And windows 10 mobile has got one of the best settings menu. It is very easy to use. I get it that you are new to the operating system and cannot adopt properly as you are used to android or whatever os you have been using. Using a operating system requires basic common sense and needs some certain exploring as it is with android and ios to understand it better. Sorry to say but you are very ignorant. You have no right to judge any os. You are just playing favourites here.

I was using android ( Samsung a) the phone used to hang frequently then my friend suggested windows phone n now i am very much satisfied with 550 though there is limitations ....eg applications ....phones runs smoothly with mere 1 gb ram....thanks microsoft
