Uday, 18 Sep 2015Hi all, how are you? guys I am facing one problem , I want ... more(hi uday) goto >google >enter "outlook login\signin" >after enter "account & password" like facebook login >click right side on the top "acounter name" >choose "change password" and you enter new password >finally logout ur account >wait 30 minutes >after goto mobile store, again download new software like uc >ur mobile ask account password and u enter new password and signin >after u download and update software without issue... thangs i wait ur post... u know tamil...?

Hi all, how are you? guys I am facing one problem , I want to update some app, like One drive and other, whenever I am trying to do this its asking me for windows password and whenever i put my password which I sate when I purchase this phone , its not going through with that , please help me with this .

never buy lumia!!!!! after 10 days it started rebooting again and again. crappy attitude from nokia, as they do not replace a phone that they know well (after the problem i searched for rebooting and it is a well known problem that they don't say it to you when they sell it of course) they issued an update with a fix but they know that a very big portion of phones that it doesn't work and they need to change motherboards. money in the bucket!

subbu, 17 Sep 2015the update doesn't seem to progress especially if you are w... moreDear subbu why are u making a slide show.just make sure that you have option for lock screen time out as 'Never'.if you are with update 2 then this option for u.and then update it on...15127.....to ....15148.....
I have done it in my Lumia 640.but this option for never lock screen is not available in Lumia 520.

AnonD-438489, 14 Sep 2015To get insider preview; install insider preview app, then o... morethe update doesn't seem to progress especially if you are with 512kbps connection. it has been the case with me as well. start the update and try opening the photos gallery and start a slide show and "don't lock the screen". just leave it with the slide show and the update will be progressing in the background. so, make sure to keep your phone in charging.

The popular apps/games, are free on Andriod playstore, do we have to pay for the same apps/games when downloading from the windows app store? Because six before i read comments on gsmarena that, many of the popular apps/ games are classified as 'PAID' apps/games in windows apps store.

AnonD-171943, 15 Sep 2015Please somebody should view his display in a dark backgroun... moreThose dots and lines are present on every phones and are visible in some handsets...every lumia 640 has those lined and dots...its not defect..it is actually polaroid filter present on screen which is used to reduce refectivity...so dont worry bro..its normal..even i was worried when 1st time i saw it...lol..

When start screen appears after hard reset don't do anything; just let the phone sit for at least 20 min, #DON'T RESTART# (coz apps install in the background, as soon as they will get installed, they will start appearing)
