Its working very well but its rebooting itself again and again at least 6 times a week, I bought this Lumia 1 week ago can anyone give me explanation and solution for this problem pls

Hi all, I just got this phone yesterday (my company provided it) I did notice the back of the phone does get heated up a lot while charging and when I'm using the phone to make calls and multi-tasking. Also noticed that the phone has a funny cleft in the screen on top (right under the microsoft branding below the ear piece. I notice that only when I change the background color to brighter colors or when surfing on IE.
let me know anybody else facing the same set of issues. I have a NL 1520 and a NL730 never had issue of heating on those 2 devices, just on the 640.

Which one would you recommend (Meizu m1 note or Lumia 640 XL) when it comes to smoothness of apps, gaming performance, camera and overall experience? I have LG G2 but it lags during multitasking of apps. Seems Android OS can't provide smooth user experience even with 3 GB RAM. That's why I am switching towards windows phones. If possible please make a review on Meizu m1 note VS Lumia 640 XL.

i did not able to connect to some sites because this phone did not support the adobe flash player any one can tell me about this problem I am very depressed to know about this problem I purchased it in the name of nokia 540 and a long wattage battery

Afaque, 05 Aug 2015I m sick and tired of all the negative comments about the a... moreActually most of the person have no idea about Windows phone even they haven't operate it.They don't know anything about Windows it's advantage.They just listen to other person's verdicts and spread all these rumours.But I also agree Windows is very Optimized OS and is very easy to operate.Every thing is perfect in Windows phone.1.Premium Look not like cheap Chinese set. 2.Solid Battery Backup,3.No heating,4.UI is very simple Buttery smooth touch no lag like Android,5.Decent Camera,6.Nice display Sunlight readability very good.Finally a perfect smartphone at reasonable cost not too costly like Samsung,HTC and Sony but perform much better than most of the flagships smartphone available in the market.Yes this is the truth of Lumia Smartphones powered by Windows.A Must buy smartphone.

So here is the list of apps that i hav in my lumia 640 Cricbuzz...Bookmyshow...Adobe reader..Office...Maps...CCPlayer(just lyk mx player)...Uc browser...Whatsapp...Times of India...Easy Transfer(alternative to Xender in Android)...Dictionary...Facebook...Facebook messenger...Flipkart..Snapdeal...Amazon...Justdial...Zomato...Paytm...Uber...Ola...Protube youtube downloader...6tag(better then original instagram app) And now to the games... Fifa 15..six guns..asphalt 8...temple run...temple run 2...subway surfers...candy crush saga...flappy bird...world cricket championship...pool live tour...air hockey...beaat quest...chain reaction...age of empire...2048...flick shoot 2...stick cricket premier league...SBK 15(Moto gp)...table tennis 3d...3D chess...dungeon hunter 5... So i just want to say is that dont spread false rumours...

no OpenVPN, no SSH client, offline navigation takes ages to connect to GPS satellites (if you are in a moving vehicle just forget it). Apps run in the background only for 4 hours. Amazingly Skype is a peace of crap on WP 8.1. Screen OK (even in daylight), battery live OK, front camera OK (during the day and even in low light with manual control). Phone lags noticeably when you are typing/deleting text in the store search bar. Everyone know about the App situation.
Overall, if you are a tech savvy person this is NOT the phone for you. If you are expecting this phone to be a little helpful tool for managing linux/windows PC this is NOT the phone for you. If you are traveling a lot and depend on your phone for offline GPS this is NOT the phone for you.
As far as I see it, this phone is suitable only as a backup phone.

I don't know why many people are spreading rumour for the Windows phone.Windows phone is very nice phone you must buy it.I am sure you will never regreat to have it.After using Windows phone you simply love it.

Friends when you are going to use Windows phone then you will feel the actual difference between the Windows OS and Android OS.Such feelings can't be explain by any word after all it's an Experience.I just say one thing it's the Amazing feeling while using Windows Phone.One thing more after using Windows it's very hard to go for the Android OS again any Windows phone usser will think twice to go for the Android phone.

Windows phone earlier I was Android lover but after using Windows phone 640 XL I just loving it.No problem at all really Windows OS is highly Optimized OS then the the Android for In Android the bad aspect is that, it will consumes more and more ram whether it have 1gb or more or 2gb even 3 Gb is less for the Android.And three apps is cupolsoy in all Android Smartphones DU/CM Battery Doctor,DU/CM Junk File Cleaner and CM security or Du Security or may be another one.On the other hand there is no any need for such types of apps. In any Windows Phone.

In real world performance windows is better than android! it is lag free! im using Microsoft Lumina 640 XL and it is great! you never need a ton of aap! as well as we use 40-50 apps in genaral ! you get them easily from windows store. i was really shoked when i saw xperia z3 lolipop v5.1 using 67% of ram whether Lumia 640 XL using 48% of ram! for a daily driver windows phone are better! battery performence, touch wz are great! for an android phone you must use antivirus and clean app but windows don't need! windows is super optimised! lag free! go for lumia! go for windows!

It is just amazing.I have uses lot of androids but finally I am satisfied by L 640.amazing. Camera battery and display.love it.I got it on 27 jul.

Guys Just Now I bought brand New Lumia 640 ,it getting heated at top while using.Can any one advice me what to do
