Hi guys.. I'm using this phone for almost 3 wks and facing some screen unresponsiveness issues like..
1. Glance screen double tap does not wake the phone.
2. Sometimes when I slide my finger over screen unable to feel my touch.
3. I've to try 2-3 sometimes to hide or reappear the task bar.
4. The phone unable to detect multiple touch.
Are these issues common with this phone or I got a defective one? Please reply.

Windows 8.1 phone has many limitations in every branch and usage method due to its OS . We can do nothing but can try with other methods to complete our works. One good thing is windows 10 supports all android and ios apps , so u can install and use them, till windows 10 update some problems must be neglected

Heating is normal if it doesn't occurs frequently

its a bit laggy sometimes but the camera is decent enough to capture documents......

anonymous , 13 Jul 2015Continuous : Pls let me know , I will suggest some other ideas Actually windows phone don't support java script hence I am not able to access many banking sites and not able to fill forms as the pop up calender used for filling date never responds it requires java script and yes those sites whom are not being successfully accessed by this Lumia are being successfully accessed by android devices like Moto e. So frnds and Microsoft please help.

Issue 1.
When I made a call using headphones, the person at the other end could not hear me. On investigation i found that the headphones are okay ( i tried with 3 other headphones other than microsoft.)but the problem may with Audio jack... So Its a big problem for me because i have to make several calls through headphone.
Issue 2:
from past 3 days i am facing sevear heating problem at top of the phone, this only happens when i am using especially Lumia camera
pls advice what will i do?

May b u shud factory reset your phone, to make faster, setting-about-reset. And also use best company class 10 memory cards and delete any temporary files , don't store unnecessary files and apps . Most imp install all ur apps in phone memory not in sd card , it may solve the problem . If it doesn't help pls let me

My Lumia 640 is fully updated yet it lags sometimes while playing games like temple run 2& subway surfer. also i am not able to fill examination form from internet explorer as calender icon which is used to fill date of birth is not responding. Please😊help

Of high features like 8core high camera and resolution etc in very less budget ..! That means using very cheap quality raw materials and making a high featured budget Mobile , it wont last longer than a year then u face many problems with It

aashish , 11 Jul 2015I am confused which mobile I can buy lumia 730 r lumia 640 ... more640 is better in my opinion. I am using Lumia 640. Camera is very good. Battery is excellent. OS is smooth. I have inserted 32gb card with more than 5gb of apps & games installed. 11.2 gb free remaining. More than two months using. Some features are missing like auto profile changer & auto call recorder. Waiting for Windows 10 update.
