You need a wifi connection to download the update or download any app which is larger than 100mb.. And I didn't faced any lags in my Lumia.. You better go checked it at Nokia care or ask flipkart to change your Handset

Hi guys...i bought a lumia 640 a week back from flipkart...there ia always a lag in the animation whenever i press the home button...is this normal or there is some defect in the handset?Also there is a system update available but its not downloading in my handset ...my current os version is 8.10.15127.138.
What should i do? Plz help somebody...

Maneesh, 04 Jul 2015Thanx..gaurav do i need to take antivirus for Lumia640.?No need of Antivirus in any Lumia Smart phone.Don't listen to any one they just making money to sale antivirus.Even Android also not require antivirus CM Security from google play is more than enough for the Android ussers.

Hi all, guys I am using this phone since 1st of june , I am using uc browser and opera mini (Latest version), previously there were no problem using these both app. But now when ever I am using uc and opera they both close automaticly (i.e. Reading news and searching something) I am very fade of this problem, please help me..

Yesterday I bought this mobile(Lumia 640) from Flipkart. It's earpiece was damaged.I call Flipkart for replacement. But it will take much time. So I approached Nokia care centre in Howrah. They replace the speaker
Within 30 minutes. Now the phone is ok. Excellent service. Thanks Microsoft. Go ahead.
