good phone but comes with a big issue like all windows phones. dosen't ring when they call you if you have the earphones on the phone. inconceivable for a smartphone at the year 2015. hope they fix it with the new update.

AnonD-162203, 17 Jun 2015My l640 screen goes grey colour blank screen.does not work ... moremy lumia 640 also had the same prob , just reset it. go in about-reset and follow the instructions......... ur phone will b ready like a new one , runs faster and better

Phone is gud.fast.camera in evening ym even in the bright too is not mch gud.but vry gud in day time.front camera is vry gud even in the evening.do not heatup.over all gud phone. Thnx Microsoft :)

My l640 screen goes grey colour blank screen.does not work anything. I have to soft reset.and why this type of issue I don't know.anybody can help?

I don't know my MsL 640ds is unable to connect mobile data internet. I try a lot to set up but all in vain.
Now even wifi connection too has lost. I can't do anything. m so upset and embarrassed with this issues. can somebody help me. plsss. thanks
