In the specification,it is stated that, the internal memory is 8gb. But, in the 'disadvantage' point, it is stated that 'only 3gb of internal storage left for the user'. Please,clarify the above statement. What is the actual memory? 8gb or 3gb?

I am from Kolkata.India. I want to buy a Microsoft lumia 640 Dual Sim soon. I talked to a retailer, but he told me that this model is only available online and its warranty is also online, I have to send the phone to the company through courier for servicing. I want to know,is it true? Can I able to buy it from any retailer and is the warranty applicable for direct service center repairing?

640 is much better in size than 640 XL .If 640 having same spec.as that of 640 XL the I surely go for 640 .640 XL is very uncomfort in hand not a handy set.

I personally feel Whatsup is not as nice as that in Android.So it's totally my choice.I aslo told that my younger brother love windows phone and don't want to go or Android phone.Its depends from person to person.But you have to agree Windows OS having lots of limitations in compaire to Android.I agree in Windows we don't need file cleaner application and is the advantage of Windows OS.

dear Gaurav I already told that first learn lumia then comment.it is different os and perhaps for techi.I compared hardware quality nt OS.Perhaps it was better if u spent some more time to fall in love it.by the way congrates with your old kidy lagdroid.just put 10 app in ur phone and use 1 month it will tell what is it .andro or lag.and dont forget to install clean master in it.bye

AnonD-158412, 06 Jun 2015it has powerfull performance.no hang.better camera, display... morePlease stop comparing Android and Windows both are diffent OS .I personally dislike Windows my brother dislike Android .Its depend person to person .I bought 640 XL and within a few days I come to know it's just out of way .Suddenly I again Order Moto G 1st gen and I happy with my decision.I am not going to use Windows phone in future.2nd time earlier Nokia 720 also disappoint me.I have lost my money 15K but I hand over this 640 XL to my younger brother or Dad.I am happy with My lovely Mito G 1st gen Android or whatever you say Lagroid.
