Built quality - This phone feels light and flimsey. However it is robust enough to take a could of drops onto a concrete floor, with no damage so far. Ive only just paid attention to how the back feels because Im writing this, so it cannot be bad.
OS - Seems good. I am not a fan of windows, however this does what I want it to do with no fuss what so ever.
Camera - Takes good shots and quickly. You do end up with Harry Potter style moving pictures which I don't know how to disable yet.
Sound - Very important feature for me as I listen to my bands setlist when at work and home. Speakers are very good and Ive just discovered the EQ settings. Handles Spotify well.
Very good phone and highly recommended.

How is speaker quality, loudness ? I often use speaker when talking.

Someone please tell me, can we transfer apps completely into the sd card leaving no portions of apps's mbs in the phone memory. Since the internal memory is just 8 GB if we can't transfer the apps completely to the sd card then its seems worthless. And also let me know if all apps are transferable to the sd card or not? Thanks in advance.

I don'... moreSame thing here in Tunisia, the only model availabe is the XL one which is big and not that convinient to use with one hand. It seems like microsoft wants to push sales for the 535 and the 540 before launching the 640.

I got to know through news floating on various tech websites that in china Microsoft is going to launch 2GB, 2.2 quadcore processor version of Lumia 640 XL and rest of the specs will be same. Anybody please confirm when in China this specific version...

When is this phone going to be available in nigeria. I don't. Know why microsoft is playing politics with this device. They are trying to sell 540 to us insted of 640 and I don't like the XL

can I connect lumia 640 LTE with my pc by USB tethering? USB cable provide by Microsoft or take from market. what is cloud storage? Microsoft says phone has 1 year genuine office, can I use office after 1 year? Both sim suitable for 4G or not.

Lumia 640 is an awesome phone . ..i hav bought it from flipkart . Its camera quality is also gud at 8mp n front camera is not so bad .Sound quality is so good n clear...n its look also gud.. .so fast n 720 display is so gud.. ..

im confused. bought this phone for my daughter today, it keeps locking up, so we turned tried not running wifi and data at same time, worked for half hour but now keeps locking up still and shutting off, anyone have this probelm with the lumia 640? daughter is getting mad, she spent 100 dollars on this
