i have a 640xl running on windows 8.1 which is great but it only charges to 69% even if it spends the day charging. i have used different chargers but i still get the same result

I have used this phone last one month the experience of one month is superb its a great phone after upgrade windows 10 one thing I note that their is no heating problem works great in windows 10 yesterday I have got new update of windows 10 rings ie 14393.321.i am a big fan of windows phone i also used lumia 535,540&650.lumia 535&540 is good phone but in 650 some issue like battery,camera,display blink etc but in lumia 640xl is very very good phone i advise for windows lover go for it in lte my phone is not lte.

After Updating Windows 10 in Microsoft Lumia 640 XL already installed apps means Windows 8.1 not working properly... please tell me what should i do??

nk, 28 Sep 2016If ur Microsoft phones r asking to scan & fix ur card..... moreNope, WP is safe from viruses. Sure, malicious code can be inserted into anything, but not with an actual virus behaviour.
That error is caused by a different folder tree system, mostly after using that card in another phone without formatting it before introducing it in the lumia.

It might be a virus issue...
To avoid that...before removing ur SD cars go setting & chose remove SD card...this will help..

I've been using this for over half a year now and I'm quite happy with it. (My first choice would have been the BlackBerry Priv, but that was too pricey.)
The Windows Store has all the apps I need; the only apps I can't find there and I use on my Android company phone are Pokémon GO and Tango. (Obviously if you want all the latest fancy apps, you'd still better off with iPhone or Android.)
Great build quality, same level as BlackBerry. Camera is amazing; I stopped using my big Nikon.
I'm surprised people complain about lack of 4G; I can see in settings that highest connection speed is 4G - that's what I can see when I'm in good coverage area (I'm on EE).
On the downside, talk quality could be improved; the sound is tinny both in the headset and the speaker. Oddly, when playing music or videos it provides crystal clear sound. Alarm volume cannot be set to gradual and it comes over a bit too loud to my liking.
All in all I would buy it again.

I had purchased the phone on November 2015 Its a good phone but the call recording facility is absent in the phone and this feature is seems to be most important in today's world. It really frustrated me that such a big phone does not have this feature and computers me to buy a small phone having this facility. Though windows has inverter the feature in its new phones If windows thinks about their phones purchased by the customer just before their release of windows 10 it will be a great help

Its totally baqvas mob yr. Night camera quality is z class, specified minimum fun. No 4g, some times hang, charging takes lots of time, internl memory is only 2 gb or something, doesn't communicate with android, don't buy this phone frnds.
