However signal and data connectivity issues with some batch of lumia 640XL is well documented across forums. But your problem seems to be different and unheard of. First of all, have you updated the phone to latest build? If not, do it first. That is first thing that you need to do when you buy any phone. After latest update is installed, reset your phone and start fresh. Hopefully, you should have a better experience. If not, it might be m ore of a hardware issue. Take it to service center.

Hi frndz i have updated my lumia to win 10 anvrsry. But facing battery drnge prblm. Pls frndz help me. I am so worried about it. After 100%charge it run for 10 hr and the phone get heated. Please please ... Help me.

suppose if the glass break by accident and the display is visibie shall I replace the glass alone because the display and the functions are working properly.

sanjeev, 24 Aug 2016I recently upgrade my mobiles OS to windows 10 but battery ... moreI had the problem with the battery draining, but make sure you have the latest software upgrades , they seem to cure it. Get a large memory card ( I have 64 Gig Extreme) and transfer everything possible on to it, it transfers fine. You will always need to keep about 1.2 gig free on internal space to upgrade and for smooth running. Also close windows manually in Windows Edge, if you have too many open this doesn't help. My 640Xl is working fine now after a bit of work, good luck

Running windows 10 release preview from the windows insider program and love it. Very Stable, Better battery life than 8.1, lots of improvements in the OS in general. It is the Anniversary Update as of today.

Dont update it to Windows 10 or if you do it use the recovery tool to fix the issue
