Just brought this phone in feb 2017 promotions RM350 only!! SO CHEAP BUT sad now the front camera not working properly(video also) and operating system run fast but internet are slow respons, including browser searching. I don't why this happen in Microsoft phone. Streaming movie in this phone very slow graphic interface. Please refer asus brand for better graphic resolotions at movie in 1080p 264 or 720p 265 hevc settings

You just connect the phone in to your lap or system...choose any song and paste it in the phone memory in ringtones folder..and then go to settings in ur phone and change the ringtone the ringtone was saved in the settings

My 640xl lte have some problem.plz help me... Whn m opening the apps for edit photos,and open gallery in those apps then that app get restarted after 5-6 seconds. Similar problem with instagram beta and 6tag app.whn i choose gallery in app for changing my profile picture then it throws me on my main screen.... Plz help me frnds...plz...

My Lumia 640xl Dual have problem when receiving Massages. There is no notification on the screen same no tone from the phone when the massage arrives. I always get the in the massage log. any ideas.

I've been using Microsoft Lumia 640 XL Dual Sim more than 1 year. It is nice but poor apps can be installed since the microsoft store itself doesn't provide my required apps. It always forced close and i dunno why. sometimes, if your phone memory is full, it will be 'hang' and you need to on-off the phone. you need to transfer the memory into other device first, then your lumia can run normally. anyway, the battery is long lasting, the gorilla screen protector is very good and protecting. the tiles appearance is also attractive. thank you!
