pkjha, 09 Nov 2015what about call quality...i am facing crunk voice during callAfter 5 month, so many apps crash frequently almost all i restart twice in day my mobile for fix this phone really i am very disappointed 😞 after buying this poor software.

I have problem with his device
In a video call using skype the app keeps zooming the video that comes from my contact and only can see part of his face.
Is there anyone else faced this problem or know its solution?

Hey 🙋 Guys!I'd been using Microsoft Lumia 640 XL since August 10 2015. I'm very happy 😊 with my decision that I've bought a Microsoft Lumia.It's a great smartphone to have it in your hand ✋,it will make you feel proud. This comes with great features such as - 1. Camera 📷 awesome 🙆 (9/10) 9 because it lacks OSI.2. Call 📞 quality (10/10),3. Battery 🔋 backup excellent (10/10),4. Performance too. When it comes to security Microsoft is the boss as said by Steve Lord it's the " hardest nut to crack".My favorite feature is Cortana, kids corner. Now my cousin and friend has also bought this phone when they see this phone and you know they didn't like windows phone but when they use my phone they fall in love. So don't stop grab it and have fun 🎉. I love ❤ Microsoft.

Lumia 640 XL after 5 Months It still satisfying me a loot, a great value for money product. My 640 XL encouraged me to buy another Lumia now I have one more Lumia device Lumia 640.So is there anything to say about Lumia device specially Lumia 640 series I love it.

This is with reference to complaint number 1311217916, i am pissed off with Microsoft Lumia 640 XL handset and services.
I am feeling like ditched by Microsoft, this is a substandard product and i felt like cheated by buying this Handset. This is the worst Handset and worst service i have ever experienced.
My suggestion to everyone is don't go for Microsoft Phones rather buy a chinese handset if you want to use a substandard products don't pay high prices to Microsoft.
