Microsoft removes Windows Bridge for Android in latest Windows 10 build.Windows Bridge for Android in the latest build of Windows 10 for smartphones. Windows Bridge for Android, otherwise known as Project Astoria, enabled developers to easily port their Android apps to Windows by retaining most of the code, and allowed customers to sideload Android APK files, no longer seems to be working,the reason for removal is that the Android subsystem was slowly degrading Windows 10 Mobile.

Anonymous, 21 Oct 2015ggkk its idiocity when your lock time in settings is select... moreI just wanna ask you "Anonymous" , will you put your smartphone in your pocket with "screen on" and leave it for unwanted clicks which will make the download miserable, just for the sake of so-called Microsoft's foreground downloading... I mean, how can someone "so-smart" as you... I download full movies and mp3 albums on my android which take time to download and I just minimum to home and leave it in pocket... I don't ever have to care about downloading... I appreciate your love towards Windows Phone OS but please just don't give excuses to OS... it's never gonna change the outcomes in forthcoming OS updates...

640 XL is a great value for money product.Very nice display Great battery & Descent camera in simple word a perfect Smartphone.(Fully Loaded).

For some people...windos 10 is not out here..its just a test mode.so y u guys always complain about windows10...once we get the official update then we can judge about windows 10..i m also waiting for windows 10.windows is working hard nd we should appreciate that.its just been 4 years..8.1 is already awesome..just w8 for official windows 10 update then u will see all the changes..after that i hope u will have a good impression about windows..we windows lover will always love windows..thank you

I dnt get it,y people always compair windows and andriod..harsh ppl...this page is created to give details about 640xl only..u should undrstnd that..nd about 640xl is the best mid-range mobile..if u r window phone lover u should for it..cause it will worth every penny u spend..

But yes..if you are talking about surfing then 640xl is one of the best. Long lasting battery life, fast browsing with 3g+. Again the social apps are yet to prove their worth. Facebook, viber are way outdated. Facebook didnt make facebook app for Microsoft. Now u decide.

if you want to wait for final version of W10M release until december then wait because UC team launching new browser after W10M official release..
if nog to wait then no one is forcing you to wait.. its your choice.. you can go with android or any other phone..

If yes... Then i m not gonna buy this...
It's one of the basic need that download should continue even when you lock the screen.(i'm not talking about minimizing)
No one keeps the phone away without locking it.
i cant believe right now... I was ready to compromise with other things... But sorry man... I cant buy this phone... :-(
