I'm a Music and Internet a... moreLumia 640 XL is the good choice nice display Very good camera in light but not good at night or low light.Solid battery bacup Internet surfing very fast.You may go for it under 15 K it's a best choice if you want Windows.For Android you may go for Moto G 3rd gen. Only problem (poor display)but perform very good,Samsung J7 or Moto X play very nice phone If you want Android phone.

I like lumia but confused a lot. I'm a Music and Internet addict. I just spend more time in listening to songs and downloading more from net and surfing too. Dont want more games and all, if some good quality racing game or mind game will be enough for me. And, some useful apps like True Caller, Whatsapp and Facebook, Instagram and others updated ones.
Main thing is the camera needs to be good and high end.
So, please guys tell me should i go for it lumia 640XL or for Android??? Please suggest me...both pros and cons of it

Microsoft surrenderred to android.
Microsoft is giving 30GB Onedrive cloud storage (Formerly known as Skydrive) for android device
Where as its giving only 15GB One drive for windows mobile.
Why this partiality?
We will keep using outlook account on android device.

I have used lumia 920 which has 8mp camera only. But it can take 10 times better photos than 640xl. And lumia 930 has 20mp camera. How someone can compare 640xl with 930!!! Surely gone mad.

So i was expecting much better platform in lumia 640xl. But got disappointed when didnt find any remarkable improvements. They didnt workout with the social apps. It is as backdated as before. That made me too annoyed.

Ahmed, 20 Sep 2015N plz rihan its my personal advice to u stop criticising wp... morePlease Friends stop fighting Windows phone is not very bad Sometimes is very amazing in Windows phone.Hope so in future It will more develope nothing is impossible.If we say Windows phone is totally bad then its wrong.Nothing is perfect in this Universe not Android and not even Ios also.Those who want to buy Windows phone buy It and feel the difference.Yes 640 &640 XL is good choice among all Lumia series till date.

[deleted post]N plz rihan its my personal advice to u stop criticising wp cos its only 4y old. ISO z 11y old and ANDROID 9 old and dey took time to settled in the market ..if u have problem using wp den don't buy it bro. Else develope ur own OS or use Android

AnonD-436025, 18 Sep 2015Are you facing heating issue on lumia 640xl? how can i fix this??No such issue till date..this is one aspect that they superseded androids. Android processor by default produce heat. But windows doesn't. You can visit their servicing centre. Try minimizing the background apps.

Few silly answers... moreProblem of Microsoft they are don't stick to their word in the month of July they said 1320 ,730 640 &640XL will get OTA update for 4G copitability.1320 got OTA update within a week but 730 640 & 640 XL not get OTA update for 4g copitability till date.Earlier they said all Lumia since 520 to till date will get guarantee update of Windows 10.But now only few Lumia device will enjoy Windows 10.You have to know 512 Mb ram device having limited feature of Windows 10 if available and Windows 10 minimum requirements is 1GB RAM along with 8 GB internal storage how Pathetic.Motorola is Stick to it's word by providing timely Android update to all its devices from lower end phone to higher end phone.Microsoft vision is not clear about Smartphone they still wondering Windows 10 still under development age.Actual release date was in the summer 2015 with Android 5.1 but now we are in near winter Android M 6.0 is in our door step but still there is no exact date of Windows 10 till date,So Pathetic Microsoft.
