Are you sure?I agree with you camera is not good in low light and night mode but Battery is Superb. I use this phone near about 3 months. And it give me a backup of more than 24 hrs with dual sim (one is 3G) and heavy use of internet.

Dont forget to install codec pack for dual audio support.

Phone is not perfact with all things... Such as a very poor camera.
Battery also not good..
NotUserfrendly as like android.
Phone calling features need to improvement.

Everything is best in this phone except the video player. VLC and Mx Player does not work well as they work in android phones. i. e., dual language support. There is no video player available in the app store which can play dual audio video. Everything else is superb in this phone. Battery-Superb, Camera-Superb, Touch- Like Butter, Scratch resistant glass with matte back side. Hope that new update (Windows 10) or some genius app maker can resolve above said problem. If you are not too fond of dual audio movies than THIS IS THE BEST!!!

Dear Friend I am not the promoter of Microsoft Lumia 640 XL,I am just a simple consumer like you I just want to say Go For Microsoft Lumia 640 XL and feel the difference believe me it's a fantastic Phone- 640 XL is the Excellent smart phone at very resonable price range.No heating issue till date.Looking elegant and never feels like a cheap Chinese brand Smartphone.After using this Jewell no one will regreat,in simple word it's a PERFECT Package along with the Excellent Price,Decent Camera and Solid Battery Backup.It's a QUALITY PRODUCT.

I just bought this Microsoft 640 XL two days back and it was fine during the initial set up. But just the next moment it started hanging while making outgoing calls. Also it has issues while detecting and working on the Mobile Data, am unable to surf using the mobile data most of the times. Not sure if its the software issue or just my phone. I will have to restart the phone for every alternative outgoing call as it gets hanged. It's highly disgusting and disappointing as I am a regular Lumia user. Please advise !!!!!!!

How about the apps like True Caller, Cam Scanner, MS-Office, pdf Reader, Maps, Share It or Zender works? Is there any Online gaming like 8Balls, Clash of Clans... and others?
& I heard the external speaker is not good... is it true? is it noisy?

But some says there's no apps like ... moreFirstly Thanks for your regards,Definitely go for Lumia 640 XL it's a perfect phone under 15K.In compare to Zenphone 2 640 XL always ahed in all matter 640 XL camera is much better than the Zenphone 2,Zenphone 2 battery is just pathetic if you are a normal usser you have to charege your Mobile twice a day.But 640 XL you don't have to charege twice a day even if you are a heavy usser your 640 XL battery will Last complete full day.And net surfing is also very good in 640 XL no any issue.Zenphone 2 is also a very good performer but the major cons. Intel Processor consumes more power and camera is average.So better to go for 640 XL you will never regreat to buy 640 XL beleve me.

I'm like Lumia 640XL... But some says there's no apps like Android in Windows for user convenient. Confused whether to buy Lumia 640XL or ASUS Zenfone2 ? Both are havin more or less same specs... Gaurav Bigg please suggest me...? Is it ok to buy 640xl? I want Camera Quality, Sounds(Music), Internet usages - to be good. Please someone suggest me! Confused a lot about the reviews...

This forum is for Lumia phones not for windows xl (android) phones. Use a Lumia then comment here... 640xl is run by wp8.1 not by android is like in windows xl models..
