I have purchased MS Lumia 640XL LTE DSim few months back. I am facing OS hang problem while calling or receiving. I am forced to restart whenever I have OS hang problem. Any advice to overcome this problem?????

hi I purchased Lumia 640 XL a week back and upgraded to windows 10 using upgrade advisor app. From past five days my wi-fi is not connecting in place where earlier it would connect smoothly. I shows connectin and no internet finally i dont know if any settings have been changed can any body help with this.

Every new OS build comes with lots of problem and will fix with coming updates.Its not a miracle Let Microsoft to fix all the bugs.Have you remembered story of so-called flagship devises like Galaxy S series and Note series even Experia Z series,HTC M series after getting new Android version they all are performing ridiculously (battery draining,network & display issues,audio problem,all sensors not performing properly) and it takes some times to fix all these bugs.IOS also not away from all these issues.So friends relax don't be afraid install Windows 10 Microsoft will definitely fix all existing bugs with coming update.

Microsoft will fix these issues with future update.

Hello Friends,
Can any body please let me know whether upgrade available from UPGRADE ADVISOR is official upgrade from Microsoft for lumia 640xl??? Earlier I had upgraded through WINDOWS INSIDER and there were few issues due to which I was forced to downgrade back to W8.1
As advised by various blogs, I was asked to wait for until MS officially releases W10 for Lumia 640xl in india. Please advise.

no need for net connection, every phone use its WiFi to share files via Shareit app

can we use share it app on this phone with other android devices without net connection? I tried it several times but My Lumia 640 XL device asks for wifi net connection. any solution?

after successfully installed windows 10, people hub no longer provides facebook, twitter updates? why ??? that was such a nice feature on windows 8.1 .... :(

you will be required to download the Windows 10 Upgrade Advisor app from the Windows Store, and select Enable Windows 10 upgrade. If your device is eligible, the app will give you a confirmation. If so, you will be required to go to Phone Update from the Settings and start the upgrade process.
For those who own a Windows Phone handset such as the Lumia 520, which isn't listed above, you need to wait a little more. Microsoft says that it didn't want to release Windows 10 Mobile to every Windows Phone 8.1-compatible smartphone because it is still testing the operating system on older devices - a little surprising given the delay.

Smartphones from third-party OEM that are getting Windows 10 Mobile in what appears to be the first phase are Blu Win HD w510u, Blu Win HD LTE x150q, and MCJ Madosma Q501.
