Good phone. Not best price for that but all features of Windows 10 are working fine on such big display. Battery keep charge for two days without many talks. In my family there are Lumia 550 (best price for Windows 10 phone but small display) and Lumia 650 (more expansive, but more comfortable). I am recommended to you both phones. By the way, Lumia 650 support "double-tap for awaking". Sorry for my English.

I bought this phone a week ago but I hate it. the battery can not even last for seven hours .
You always have to be by power source before you can use it.
Can't even download from store. Files to be download are always pending .

I bought this phone the moment it got released. Not only the price fell halfway just two months after that, but the real problems started. 1 or 2 updates before the Anniversary one I noticed a an audio problem - plug a headset the sound stops coming out, regardless on the headphones. Mic wouldn't work as well. I wrote multiple times on different channels - MS' feedback, Twitter, forum posts. MS did nothing to resolve it, a year later the problem still persists.
Another thing is the alarm is unreliable - if you miss the first ring-session, out doesn't ring anymore.
I'm soooo disappointed, and so are many people around me, who looked for an alternative to Android OS. Apparently, Microsoft Mobile OS is not such a thing. :(((((((((

When seeing the spec as snapdragon 200 series processor in spec little hesitation about performance; but in reality the phone performance extremely good; very light weight; brilliant screen and overall its good business phone in all aspects in aesthetics and performance

I purchased the microsoft lumia 650 three weeks ago from Cricket and purchased their service. Day one the battery would not stay charged. Took it back, they said I might need to purchase a new battery from Batteries+. I called them, they said they had no information re the lumia 650 and did not sell batteries for it. I am chunking the phone and battery, cancelling our Cricket account and purchasing a Moto G4 from Consumer Cellular. Why would Cricket encourage someone to purchase the lumia 650 when it is a terrible phone. Do your research first, I learned my lesson.

I've jio sim too. Internet works well enough but I cannot make calls via jio sim.

D fone is a total waste of cash if u ask me...No bbm in d play store, no snap chat, so many apps missing, d camera whitens u,d editing is jst bad....it exits itself frm apps...it hangs, u ve to switch off n switch on the device...the device is too much stress in one package...d cons outweigh the pros of the fone

Day 3 with Lumia 650 unable to see Facebook updates, complains about network error? rater frustrating than anything else.

Face same problem when using Facebook app on my Lumia 540 device. I am stuck on using Ms Edge for all facebook stuff and am shock it doesn't even support the Facebook Lite which seems much better than the regular Facebook app

This Windows Lumia mobiles are useless. Not supporting VoLTE. You can not use Jio SIM in any Lumia mobile for call or SMS
