sumeet, 29 Dec 2016Please Download any FM App from store then use it, there is... moreSame problem. When I bought it, I haved the fm radio app directly from Microsoft. But after an update of windows 10, it was gone. I've search on the store but I can't find a good fm radio app.
Anyway, the phone working perfectly for me, and I love the keyboard! The best from far compare to Android's keyboard!

Anonymous, 11 Jan 2017The same problem.Give some help I try with mine and it worked perfectly. There's a few things I can suggest you to do
- Check if your lumia 650 is updated
- Turn off your phone and turn it on. (It can fix bug like when your phone can't go on landscape mode)
- Ask directly to microsoft, though I don't know how fast you can receive a response.
If all those solutions doesn't work. You can use an outlook account that syncronize the contact from the cloud to your device as an alternative for the time you find a solution

Btw, I saw a seller with stocks selling it 4 times higher the price?! Wtf! (I wonder, they are to kept in a museum afterall !)

with latest upgprade in windows maps i have msg NO gps signal when route navigations is started. Does anyone know how to solve this sh*t from microsoft ? I have sygic also and there is gps, i have also map factor and it is working , and i have navmii and it is working, only windows maps doesn't work and i want that navigation bcs my native language voice navigation!!!

Hey it's windows, nothing new to learn, no stupid green robot interface, wanna go somewhere or do something just click it you know where to find it. But i do miss the worthless apps that always are free and then make you buy something later on.

AnonD-604470, 31 Oct 2016are lumia phone better than androidIn terms of apps no. Windows store doesn't have all the apps which android play store has. But it has all the necessary apps like banking apps, social media (FB, twitter etc), some of the top rated games, notes apps like evernote etc.
Apart from apps (I personally don't use apps because it consumes memory rather i prefer using the browser to get things done) everything is good in windows phone. The phone won't become slow as Android (I was an Android user before).
Microsoft doesn't release OS versions as frequently as Android. I guess after windows 10 there won't be any new releases only updates will be there. But in case of Android, your phone will be outdated in a year, the new OS version will not be supported by the hardware. (Just see how the Android phones in 2 years have gone from 1 GB RAM to 3 GB RAM). Now if you are getting an Android phone with 2 GB RAM it is better not to buy it. Resource intense.

Sonali, 22 Dec 2016Guys i m planning to switch from Android to windows bcoz af... moreyes. I have been using Lumia 525 for almost 3 years. And the phone just works the way it worked when i bought it. Of course I do agree, some times whatsapp doesn't open / close automatically, but if you open the 2nd time it works fine. This i faced only with whatsapp, rest of the apps open and close good. The interface is smooth.
I think Lumia production is stopped (not sure though), check the online stores. But good news is in 2017 microsoft is planning to release a new model under the name surface phone. You can wait for it to come or you can purchase Lumia 950 which is classic when it comes to configuration and hardware.
