Well, for me it's just about a matter of users choice, May it be an Android, iOS, Windows, Etc...and all upcoming OS if there will be any...I was a die-hard Symbian user, and all I know and love is NOKIA handsets. When Symbian is no longer around I had a hard time finding a handset that I would be comfortable, so for me it's better you wuld be comfortable on all of he OS out there, just buy that handset that totally fits your need and life style. I am currently using this phone, it is a good phone performs very well comparing this set with others of its price for windows lovers i can assure this is what you missing.

The battery drainage too fast. also it blinks sometime. some apps like instagram, massanger, viber take time to open, often it doesn't work properly.

For example Mouse Computer MADOSMA Q601 which is yet another Snapdragon 617 Windows 10 Mobile powered device. Both 503LV and MADOSMA Q601 have Continuum support too. (Although I do agree that with a screen size of 6.0 inches the MADOSMA Q601 is bit too huge to carry around.)
Not sure about other countries but the fate of Lumia 650 is sealed in Japan by its own Windows 10 Mobile powered brethren.

1) you don't have an eco system i think. so don't call it better.
2) modern apps?? really?? you mean modern Microsoft office apps?? lol
what you call modern?? less features than android?
3) power management?? oh i see, you have a battery saver mode now. your glance screen, double tap wake up and live tiles drink all juices. if users ask anyone, you will say stop all the features. am i right??
4) common platform?? oh my god.ARM and X86 cannot be common. someone tell this child. even your continum has access to very few apps.
5) windows phone has universal apps which never get an update in phone. even mu axis bank app doesn't work properly on windows phone.
6) you say outlook, thank you. android has outlook.
7) we can get office 365 on store.
8) go and play temple run on XBOX. i think someone said earlier that windows phone users don't play games and waste their times right?? can you tell his name??
9) if anyone want to use tiles, android has windows 10 launcher.
10) bettery life is so hell on windows phone. users can't control aaps from using one day juice. cannt compare with android, ages behind because Android has doze mode (as you say unique feature). where is windows phone?? i can't see. can you halp me to see where is win phone? when windows phone is jn standby mode it eats energy but Android know how to save. this can go inside your brain if you know something about doze mode.
11) in android Nougat, users can multiple apps on single screen. here also i can't see where is windows phone.
12) yes, windows 10 mobile is a full package of failure.
next time whrn you reply kindly don't forget to tell in whuch countries your revolution has started and with how much improvement. ok dear?? you know bhajan?? continum bhajan??

1) Continuum is a superb integration between PC and Mobile....modern people definitely need a feature like continuum....it removes the need of carrying a laptop/ tablet/ phablet....
2) Cortana made available to Android.....WOW....here is the direct challenge offered by Microsoft to Google on its on OS called " ANDROID"....Google has no daring to challenge like the way Microsoft did with the Cortana....still the MS office performs well in all Mobile OSs...(Windows 10 Mobile...Android.....iOS)...
3) for windows 10 Mobile I don't need to refer any news as friends like you update me through these posts...and rest the rock solid performance of the Lumia 650 it self justifies the Windows 10 M.
4) Oh ...the market share is becoming shrink for windows 10..... but with the time Microsoft will also obtain a good position in this segment as windows 10 OS (PC and Mobile) are best OSs.. actually momentum is started in several countries....let the time pass and you will realize the power of Windows 10 Mobile...and ya the anniversary update on PC (Windows 10) is improved and perfect...

2) Security
3) All modern apps
4) Speed & Reliability

15) Live & colorful tiles make the OS enriched and modern
16) Battery life is also good in Windows 10 M
In short windows 10 M is a complete package from Microsoft....which is going to improve more and more with the demands of real fans of Windows 10 Mobile....

Lumia 520 and 640 phones design before the arrival of windows 10 Mobile....try any windows device (like Lumia 650) with preinstalled windows 10 mobile OS...and experience the difference....The OS is superb...I can do all the things that I want through my Lumia 650 within a fractions of clicks....none of the android device can do such speedy operation on a very precise hardware.....In this section of lower hardware specs doesn't mean a poor performance.. but it proves that Microsoft knows the optimum combination of hardware and software synchronization....Future for Windows 10 M is bright as brands like HP..ACER..LENOVO..ALCATEL.... are developing mobiles for their corporate work thus can integrate the power of PC with the palm (mobile) through continuum...

There are something you should have
1) better power management with doze mode.
2) better office apps
3) most imp is your work place apps.
Android has all these but i don't think Microsoft can get here. Even your own Microsoft don't give better options on office apps.
4) windows phone don't have amazon app.
5) i don't know why Microsoft don't offer quick charge on mid range phones. Anniversary update is so late.
Seriously lumia 520 works faster than my lumia 640. Now you tell me what should i do except not to change platform?

i think no. Microsoft CEO satya nadella accepted that windows phone is a failure. they are going behind surface phone. once it is made, they will leave ARM based windows phone.
and please don't say anything about apps. even your most lovable Microsoft doesn't bother to give you updates of your excel, office, word. it is far behind android version.
AND MONEY WASTE??
Microsoft stopped wasteing money on windows phone.
closed their nokia finland phone unit and sold their own phone unit to foxconn.
now you say who was wasteing money behind windows phone??
and you, if you don't want to wasteing money on phone then you can buy an black and white phone.
android market share is increasing day by day and windows phone share is decreasing. wake up and compare you with world.
android phone has
1) cortana
2) google now
3) better Microsoft apps
4) better ui
5) bettet battery backup (if you want to pretend like a grown up child)
6) before saying anything just have a look on your market share which is becoming half in every quarter. LOL
