Anonymous, 14 Oct 2012thanks arun but is this a problem common in this model?Only few websites and few persons are saying that the model is having sub par quality. Others are saying its very good. Once I get the replace phone, I will comment again on the call quality.

I purchased atrix2 2months ago iam a vodafone user some days ago i did system update &its network disappear after that i went to service centre and its motherboard changed after 25 days. 10days ago i call motorola customer care for ics update they advice. me to go to service centre & flesh its software i did the same, after fleshing its vodafones network disappeared. service centre r Saying that motherboard will be changed & u have to wait again for 20-25 days. Other simcarrds like airtel,tata docomo r running smoothly. What i do? Please suggest me.thanks

Im using atrix2 from 2 weeks now, m dissappoin... morewhich os version u are on?
i had problems with wifi ,not on network , and i figured out it was the issue with version 2.3.6 of android , when upgraded to ICS my problems were solved.
Secondly some vodafone customers regularly complain of the issue u are having , so try out some other network's sim card and see whether the problem persists or not , if yes u can replace it under warranty.

arun, 14 Oct 2012I got from infibeam.com. The call quality was very bad, su... moreBTW what was the model number? MB865 or ME865? I've heard nothing but praise regarding call quality from those using AT&T ones (MB865). Maybe there are some hardware differences between the models.

Im using atrix2 from 2 weeks now, m dissappointed with internet connection and network connection, frequently network signal and internet connection will go off,
My network provier is Idea (i m from bangalore)
Also i was not able to play FLV videos and vieos which it was possible to play appeared dark.
Pls suggest is there any settings i have to do or is this same problem with other network provider also?.
friends i relied on the opinions which was given in this forum and i purchased. is there anyway out from this problems

The call quality was very bad, such that the other person may hear his own voice when I use headset and my voice will be too low if I speak without headset, so I asked for replacement. Let me get the new one and I will post the review. Otherwise, the phone is very good.
