am looking foward to owning atrix. laptop, phone, android os, what else could you want? biggest plus is no apple, itunes u know the old umbilical cord. Thanks Motorola.

i just want to say that motorola is still kacking in two issues....1-> camera: there r phones like n8 having camera of 12mp.we general users need a powerful phone with good camera.atleast 8mp or 10mp camera was excepted from a phone with so much good specs......2-> operating system: android is good but only its new versions r good.previous versions r not so good.why not motorola uses the new 3.0 version of android...........

Motorola1`s phones have always been sub-par and I don`t think this one will be an exception. The camera is still plain old 5mp, 3G does not support T-Mobile frequency (1700/2100) and last but not least no one makes better smart phones than HTC. Proven fact. Nuf said.

MOTO is Back and this is a revolutionary phone. Qualcomm just recently announced its dual core snap dragon, BUt this is supposed to come out in month and a half.
Lets see what we gets put on the table in Barcelona.
This has an unofficial release date of March,01 2011 as per Engadget

no doubt that there were a ton of interesting,engaging,and cool new products launch at CES 2011 ,however there was only one that really stuck in my mind, the Atrix is a revolution in smartphone technology
the qHD 960x540 display is clear and crisp,snapping better pictures than the iPhone(dare i say)
my absoludte faforite feature was the build in fingerprint identification reader which allows you to access your smartphone

No 1. Nokia's ClearBlack displays found on C6-01, E7 etc.
No 2. Sony Ericsson's TFT unit with BRAVIA engine called Reality display (found on Xperia Arc)
No 3. Apple's TFT with IPS 'Retina' display on iPhone 4.
No 4. Samsung's Super AMOLED display on Galaxy S, Wave etc.
Next obviously would be the regular AMOLEDs followed by TFTs.
The quality of Samsung's new 'Super AMOLED Plus' is to be seen. It certainly deserves an honourable mention here.

The funniest thing is support for Java MIDP 2.0. Will anybody ever find a 540x960 Java app. Ridiculous Moto.
