Pple who r commenting bad about this pho... morehey naga,you said that this phone made from scratch resistance?? do you remember that razr V3 used to be made from aeroplane high aluminium?than do you also know that v3 now only us$100 and no one buy it because it can do nothing?i think this phone price also will be down much in 1-2 years.
no offense except you confused where to place your money or you are mobile phone maniac will buy this phone but i think most of us wont buy it because price not equal with the feature.
no wonder big mobile phone company can make much profit even in this global economic recession because of this kinda phone.

2000 usd for this phone...when people hardly pay 100 usd for a motorola...motorola always had crappy baterri life, and very hard menu...nothing new about this ..a upgrade from v70 :|

I suppose this is Motorola's competitor for the Vertu phones from Nokia? Why must so many people talk down about this phone with out mentioning Nokia makes similar products (by price), too? I like it, it's unique. If I was wealthy enough to afford a $2,000.00 USD phone with out it putting a dent in my bank account. I would buy it.

this phone will fail,1.5 inch diameter screen,only 2gb memory with no card slot,and only 2mp camera,i wonder who studies the markets at motorola.....

Well, this phone is good looking and all but it's far from original, Motorola already had a phone like this (does V70 ring any bells), but they just updated to look sharper and with the common features every phone has now, Nokia, Samsung and LG also have phones with the same flipping style so it's no big deal, but not bad.

I had a v70 for a while and loved it becuase of the style. This is the same. I don't need fancy features as long is it texts, calls and look good. Shame about Moto interface though.

its a phone taht prides teh best qialty screen ever, scratch resistan cuz its made out of sapphire...
the screen is just brilliant.. check out soem photos and videos on the net, it looos like the picture inside is glowing, its all about fashon phone so... who cares about 3g its a phoen that provides u luxury feeling,not for us ordinary ppl who seek functionality, so i dont understand why u got so excited to offend the phone, i think its unique and extraordinary design, the the body makein tooks ofer 2 weeks of time, being polished by hands.. if sumone who is darn rich want to feel the luxury even in their mobile, its their choice omg, so why starting all the fuss?

A rich man will neve need features. For features, he can have so many mobiles available in the market. This is just a personal phone and is really $2000USD......

Is this a late April Fools prank?
Why no 3G since moto have made other 3g capable phones? The round screen just means that the j2me apps will be rare because of the custom porting required.
It may be a luxury item, that people buy to show off, but you wouldn't be impressed if someone spent $150,000 on a no-frills ford escort, so why would you be impressed with this?
