Honestly, this equipment is quite good and functional, and quite easy to manage in terms of software configuration too, unlike a dozen previous motorola devices, which were major headaches to configure or did not assume the desired definitions whatsoever, doesn't offer more than most common phones, yet it does not offer less either, think of this as a way of seeing the glass half full, instead of half empty. And the golden version is timeless... both are classy in a mixed retro-tech kind of way, I must agree that it is indeed far too expensive though it is a nice piece. As for navigation problems due to long nails, never stopped me. Try to tap into the buttons with the tips of your nails, instead of the fingertips themselves.

not a fan, I found it really hard to text with, the buttons are no good if you have long nails!the round screen is a bit hard to navigate too.

its like the old aura wif a bigger price tag this phone makes no sense comparing to the nokia arte

Anonymous, 22 Dec 2009very expensive phone and offer nothingi have had this phone since this launch, manly because i have to have good call quality and have only 2g reception where i live. this phone has been worth every penny. Even though it has a 2 mexa pixal camera the shots i have taken with it are better than with a 6 mega pixal phone as the quality is brilliant. the screen is awsome and makes any screen that you look at on a phone afterwards look like total crap. i have got full bars on reception on remote parts and in an emergancy that is what i look for. After 2 years the phone still looks as good as new. to all the people out there never knock a phone until you have used it for the trial period as you may be suprised. And the best thing about the phone in the two years i have had it i have never seen another person with one unless it was a 2 sim card copy and copying is always the greatest compliment.

the phone is crap...it's made in prc = people's republic of china, the menu is awfull...don;t get me wrong, i wanted to buy one last week, had the money in the wallet - best thing is that i kept em there...bought a 6700 all black edition - way way better than this and at 195 euros it's a mean machine. so my opinion is not to buy this piece of equipment because : it's made in china = beautifull exterior, rotten interior, the menu is very very hard to use if u use a phone a lot in a day...

The sound quality of Motorola's "Crystal Talk" techonology is really amazing. No competator even come close ... especially noticable in noisy surroundings.
