The fact is that a friend of mine who has the same handset faced the same issue, as I previously told before, after only 4 months of usage - the scratching of the same area in the same way. So it's not about me having used improperly the phone, it's about a fault in conception and materials usage.
This is unacceptable for a device of this price.

It's quite a difference between "don't think" and actually having the phone in the hand. As I told you before both glasses are crystal sapphire. I am using it for 8 months. The only damage it suffered is the one in the photos.

The rear cover the one where you can see the cogs is of crystal sapphire not scratch-able the same as the front screen glass. The only plastic part I think is the one that got damaged in the photos I mentioned in the previous comment.
