well, the phone was a gift from my baby bro. he bought it for $680. used it since september 2010. selling at Php18000.

Sajid, 06 Apr 2011then how can we upgrade it to v2.2?Due to hardware speciefication's this handset in India cannot be upgraded to higher Android version's in India. So,there is no way to upgrade it to 2.2v.

This has become the worst phone I have ever owned, and I have owned several. When I first bought it I found that it met my needs, but as time has gone on, I have found that I am unlock the phone when a call comes, battery life is awful and there is no memory, I can't even use the additional memory that I purchased. If I didn't have a year left on my contract
i would cancel and get a new phone now.

It's a phone with an old hardware, but you can't beat the design, the keyboard is easy to use, sealed (so no risk of debris getting stuck on the keys)a nice camera (nice only it's 5MP but lacks in focus). Con of it it's the damn Motoblur. slows the phone to a crawl (1.5 android) and drains the battery.
if you are in U.S. moto and at&t issued a upgrade to eclair which improves the phone at least 60%, better battery usage, more apps available, better memory management etc...
if you are outside U.S. you can count on community builds, with motoblur, deblurred or even cyanogemod (froyo). any option improves the phone A LOT.

i have this phone its a great phone the only cons is that it cost 500 dollars and sometimes it freezes on you when you text. But everything else is awesome

I currently use this phone, its not the worst but its not the best for what I want to do. Its more of the bastard child of android. The desktop android market wouldn't claim it, saying "This number is not asscoiated with an android system." I am thinking about rooting it, but I'm not quite sure if I can un-brick it like I can other, newer android models.
