cortez, 27 Feb 2010"But in truth Symbian has a lot more free apps if you ... moreDue to operators where I live haven't / can't agree on how to collect $ for Android apps...All Android apps (100%) are free of charge where I live!

Call me an idiot if u want, I just downloaded Missile Command and played it on the 3.7" screen with my wife (who never played the game), and we had lots of fun by blowing lots of fireworks!

"But in truth Symbian has a lot more free apps if you included cracked/patched apps"

that must be the most stupid observation, like, ever.

if they are cracked, they are illegal, and therefor not free, moron.
is like saying, "i don´t need to work in my country, there is free money in the bank, just take a shotgun"

i am recent in android, being nokia fanboy since nokia 7650 smartphone, until last n-fail-97 , and i can´t tell who OS has more apps, they bouth have a lot, what i can tell you is android apps are more refined, polished, better.. and more are free.. much more..
nokia do have more games. for now. must most of then are the basic java crap. just compare the big 3D titles, like polarbit games, the android versions are way better.
oh.. and about the future, and can surely bet who will have more apps..

milestone group, 24 Feb 2010Android Market has the highest percentage of free apps B... moreyes it has more "publicized" free apps. But in truth Symbian has a lot more free apps if you included cracked/patched apps. The thing is what makes Apple and Android OS have alot of apps is that it has alot of single purpose apps. For instance the whole BS that you need an app to transfer files through bluetooth on Apple OS and so on.

Motorola BackFlip with Android announced for Italy
Back in January, when Motorola officially announced the Android-powered BackFlip, it said that the smartphone would be introduced not only in North America (via AT&T), but also in Asia, Latin America and Europe.

The BackFlip is already on sale in China, and now it’s been announced in Italy – probably the first European country to get it.

Motorola didn’t say when exactly the BackFlip will be available in Italy, but this should happen before the end of March. Pricing details were not announced
