this phone should never been put on the market there are no features!i mean i have a v220 and i love it i giv the c139 a 2 out of 10 i giv the v220 a 8.5 of 10!if wanting to buy a new phone dont get the c139

I like this phone ... but how much intern memory it has ... i wanna know ... my C380 has 1.8mb ... this one i don't know.

Beware if you buy the C139 with Net10 or TracFone. I liked the phone, it was working fine for 6 months. I had no idea about problems some others have reported about the phone resetting itself. Well, it happened to me last week. About 2500 minutes ($250) and 1 year of service just vanished from the phone after it reset itself back to factory defaults. Net10 acknowledged that some of the C139s have a defect causing this to happen. They sent me a Moto V171 as a replacement and restored my minutes.

Same as l2 phone for europe from motorola. I am from russia, so i have bought one in Los Angeles 1 mounth ago then I goes back to Russia and here I bring it to service and they made this phone for 900/1800 euro network free of charge as motorole waranty service!! so note that

this phone is a waste of time... don't even think to buy it... it's no good... so if u have such a phone please dump it... and fast... the worst phone ever... beside the fact that the batery lasts long, it's a waste of money so... please throw it away...NOOOOW

My old phone was driving me crazy because it was hard to navigate and had too many options that I never used. This inexpensive little Moto C139 is super simple to use and works great!

This is a pretty nice phone, but wallpapers are a little sucky. It has good service and looks nice

Pros: The sound is great, as an audio AGC circuit keeps the background noise lower than your voice so the caller on the other end hears you better. Receive audio is clear, and undistorted at high volume.
Really LONG battery life. You can use this thing a week without charging, so on any road trip, you'll never need a clumsy car power cord.
Manual selection of low band 850 meg, or high band 1900 meg let you lock onto the best towers in your area. This prevents the phone from dropping calls as it would in the automatic mode switching from high to low band. Of course you can set it to automatically switch if you want it to.
Rubber side grip keeps it in your hand and not on the floor.
Cons: Very few other features. No speakerphone. No camera. No gps readout. No internet browser.
Color display is useless unless you keep turning on the backlight. Who needs color anyway, when all there is to see is numbers. Wallpaper is a waste as it only makes it harder to see the display.
No external antenna, which would have provided better reception in low signal areas between towers.
Bottom line: It's a good phone for using to make calls, which is what a phone is really supposed to do anyway. It does this well, and it does it for longer per battery charge than any phone I have ever seen.

I think this phone is perfect for someone who doesn't want all the bells and whistles. My phone sits in its case in my pursue the majority of the time, so this is a perfect little phone for me. I knew what I was getting when I researched and read the package, so I didn't expect anymore than what I paid for. People have reported problems with resetting of due date and minutes with the TracFone version, but so far I have not had any problems (knock on wood). Overall, so far so good for what I use it for.

Hi, i bought this phone about 3 months ago and so far it reset itself 2 times on it´s own... everytime i call the phone company they say i must done something wrong and reset the features but i´ve been using mobiles about 6 years ago and i know exactly what to press or not, what´s more i don´t even use the phone! i want to know if anyone else experienced this? It just resets itself and all the ringtones and screen savers i got are reset too, the text msg all is gone! please tell me i´m not the only one! Thank you!

The funny thing that I have discovered in this simple phone is that it looks morden with good colour, But it doesn't give derivery alert when you send text messege.
This makes me bored with the phone as some of my friends keeps on blaming me when I promise to send them text sms.
It doesn't show whether the msg has gone or not, and no derivery note.
Is there anyone know about this.

I went to look on my TracFone users group and some people said to take it out and put it back in a few times. Make sure it's in correctly. Someone said try turning the phone on and off a few times. I don't know why it tells you that, I put mine in and had no problems, make sure it's pushed in all the way and you hear it click. Hope this helps :).

Ok, got the phone today with Tracfone, I put the sim card in place, after charging the phone and turned it on it said insert sim. OK, I am no dummy, tech support said to snap the card in place, even with thier help the sim card will not stay in place, any help??
