Folks... Could u ppl help me whether to buy da defy plus or not..? Many of the ppl r sayin defy plus is too bad for a use and they're saying tat the phone is getting too many problems in da first 2 -3 weeks of usage.. And also it is gettin too much hanging while using it seems... Once could u clarify my doubts plzzzz... Also, is defy plus dual or single core..

Jus been 2days with defy +...great experience....battery runs a day even continuous usage.
Guys, any other suggestions to improve performance???

Just bought the unit and i also own a galaxy w. So far, i'd say that i'm very impressed with my defy+, one of the best phons i've ever owned. Compared to galaxy w, it's got greater battery life, better quality pictures,better and tougher build (which is good since i'm quite a sportsman)and better display. Theonly downside would be its video recording which is not HD. Plus, you put yourself in a different circle of users, which makes you feel exclusive. Too much samsung already (just joking)..

any one know about motorola service center. i have brought it around 3 weeks ago n his due to some lame error it is not getting started. always the moto logo comes and gets black out after a minit. so plz help me guys

I got this phone 2 Weeks back. I have been using motorola defy prior to the defy + & considered it wise decision. The only problem I face is that it keeps getting disconnected from the wifi. I never faced this issue with the defy however the defy+ gets disconnected n reconnects every 5 mins..

Guys i wanna buy this phone..
i wud love if the phone had 4' inch screen.. It is the only drawback for me.. Can some1 suggest me any othr phone nt more than 18k.

By the way, at first sign, I was attracted by Xperia Active by its style and smooth, but then consider the perpose of a rugged phone, I think active failed a point with its battery:
Just like a submarine has to charge every week, :D you know, it's not like a lamborghini :D

It is unlikely that there will be an official ice cream sandwich update.
There are a bunch of apps out there that will make your phone perform better and look nicer. I am posting this from my defy+ using a faster xScope browser.
Some of the included performance based functionality is quite good too.
