root ure device go for cm7 OC procesor to 1000 got ure defy + :) from defy

overlock, 11 Sep 2011how do u overlock DEFY?Step 1: Root your phone, in example by downloading and launching 'Universal Androot'.
Step 2: Install a superuser app, like 'Superuser permission'.
Step 3: With original DEFY, download 'Milestone overclock'. This works for Milestone, FlipOut and DEFY among others using same CPU on stock ROM.
All in all it should be done in about 2-3 minutes.

Hi my self rajeev, i very much like the motorala defy & newer version defy+. But i dont undetstand that why motorala design team forget to design Front camera. This is 3G phone & it do not hve fron camera. What is the logic behind it ?????
Atlist i was thinking defy will come with front camera but still missing guysssss

I am a proud owner of Defy. The XDA folks rooted and found an innovative 2nd-init which can now cause the defy to load any Android ROM optimized for Defy. I am running SM7 stable ROM, gettinh more than 1.5 days of battery with heavy usage and very fluid non crashing android system.

Active is better ... moreIf you look more carefully, the Defy+ has a better configuration, the screen is bigger with a better resolution (480x854 vs. 320x480, respectively 3.7" vs. 3.0"), and let's admit it, a 3" screen is just not enough for most people... True, the processor has the same frequency, it's true, same RAM, but the Defy+ has 2GB of internal memory, while the Active has 1, from which only about 350MB is accessible to the user. Also, don't tell me, you so desperately need that front-camera or the 720p recording... The Defy+ is also IP67 certified, while as far as I know, the SE isn't.

What is the difference between this and Defy ??
i can make my Defy overlocked to 1Ghz and i can upgrade it to 2.3 Android..so this phone is ridiculous.. and no Secondary Cam... WHAT A SHAME !.. lol Motorola , u disappointed me.. :(
