so e1000 is an enhanced version of e398?despite the fact of being 3g who is the best in terms of mp3, video player? e1000 or e398?

Hi there! The final decision is from u in the end...Well since u ask for opinion and I am one of the E1000 users, I think I shd share with u here...I did have to make a choice to choose either E1000 or N6680 before, in the end I made my choice and never regret...This is a phone with so many nice features that only cost u lower and afforable price, it can be said that even cheaper than some non 3G phones in market(just wonder why still have peoples wanted to spend so much for a non-3G phone nowadays?) Nokia 6680 is good for camera, but how often u will use it for taking pictures? In fact I rather take pictures with my digital camera...Further more, E1000 camera is good when u take picture in day time not night time or dark condition...About the short video camera recording...U can continue the videos by saving to different files...It's not a big problem...Sometime we may pay a higher price just for a better feature which is not a smart way to be a consumer... :>
E1000 can fulfil your enjoyment for 3G lifestyle...U spend lower price to buy it and can have some more money to buy a better new battery as well, in the end u solve the problem of low battery life...What more? U can transfer MP3 song and picture from pc to it...and your sms ringtone can be organised or chose by u..Imagine if u have many nice MP3 songs, u can attached to individual persons in your phone adderess book...so u can personalize each person with a particular song...It is cool...The song and ringtone are played with clear and high quality...and the sms is very user friendly if u have get used to it...I am not someone from Motorola sale :) and this is my first Motorola phone which I think is the best of phone I use so far...
U dont have to listen to this opinion...but u hae given me a chance to share with u my pleasure of having this phone...

Can somebody help me with my choice between the nokia 6680 and the motorola e1000? Hear a lot of negative things bout battery and video rec time.Is the bleutooth really only usable for headset? Or are these negative things neglactable?? Please help me with my choice

all i wana say its just love in a first sight kinda mobile ,. i've seen it once and i purchased it at the same time,... its lovely mobile i;ve seen ever in my life , with nice features and wide screen , nice menues, good sound quality and great picture resulation, if i wud have a chance to pick up anyother mobile of different compinies , i will take motorola E1000 yet again for my self

Ya, it wouldnt show the actual humber of missed call, dont know why Motorola doesn't think of it...as we said nothing is perfect...however Motorola E1000 still considered is a good product...cheers :> About the battery, ya another weakness, however, charge it whenever u have a chance...:>

When u r thinking to do a transfer of video file and you still want to remain the orgianal file,dont click "move", should cick "copy"....Happy trying!

any one can tell me, iszit the E1000 cannot know for how many misscall the person give ? the battery is most problem.. just can use for 2 days standby mode. if play mp3 n take photo..half day already finish..

i have got the e398 and its a great phone the only let down is the slowness of writting text messages! it takes forever to catch up to me and you lose where you are up to. can someone tell me before i buy this phone if this one has the same deal or is the t9 different from the itap system???

Thank u rose 4 telling me bout bluetooth adapter... yes its very easy to use as well as i can transfer da data without any software well any way thank u again,, in Motorola E1000 vdo recording time is too short just 1 min time duration how can i make long vdo or unlimited vdo ?????

Hello everyone out there... I just got the Motorola E1000 and think its a great phone for the most part. ONe thing though, whenever I need to charge my phone, it automatically shuts off until I disconnect the charger. Is anyone else having that same problem???

Why don't you just get a bluetooth adapter, that way you can transfer data without having to use software

great phone.sound and video incredible.games hard to find for free.those that work look bad as the screen has many picsels and the game runs small.mp3 as ringtones sound ok.video runs fullscreen,very good quality.transflash memmory cards cost twice as much as e.g. sd or mmc. best program for creating video in 3gp mpegable x4. plays wma files. though camera is 1.2mp its not so good... good fotos only outside in daylight.also you have to steady your hand or it gets blurry
