I haven't tried sending Mp3 via bluetooth on this phone but I know that you can transfer mp3 via bluetooth on a v600 so I don't see why this phone wouldn't do it

Does anybody know if it is possible/how to change the email setting - I can't receive more than 8-10 lines 'cause it says the email it too long - seems the sms function can take more letters.....

Oh and the best plave to get a TransFlash mem card from is www.digimem.biz I just got a 256mb I found this place to be the cheapest

yes well unfortunately for you this is a forum for the motorola e1000 not for the v3 since they are not in the same class your argument is ignorant...its like saying my ferrari looks better than your bike

look here, the v3 definately looks better. it may not be 3g but you cant compare the look of the v3 to the look of this boring black brick

i thought we went over this already...with regards to the phone great features and funtionality but typically of a 3g phone the battery life is average but thats expected because of the rich features...and to the person that made the comment about the v3 please dont compare apples and oranges the v3 is not a 3g phone

your right steven. I also work in the industry for a reputable distributer and we've had nothing but trouble with this phone. Not as much as the V980, which i refuse to sell. Good luck to anyone who gets thes phones. Cos you'll need it!!!

Motorolla phones are very poor. I work in the industry and i wouldnt even buy one. Might take on if it was free... Always problems with these phones especially the battery life. All you guys who say you like the phone. Give it time and you will change your mind..

yeah best place to get a transflash would be from your local 3 shop or from ebay...oh and i recommend mpegablex4live to easily convert most types of videos to sizes and resolutions campatible with this phone...it works great!...anyone find some good java apps??

Just bought phone. I have always had the samsungs before. This is a good phone, downsides are its bulky and the battery lasts for just over a day at the moment cos everyone keeps playing with it. I'm sure it will go to 2 days easy once that stops. Upsides are : everything else. I think the camera is wicked and the streaming and videos are toooooo good. Impress ur mates wiv this!!!

Does anyone know where you can download the data suite for the pc as i just got my phone from 3 and found no usb or software i know you can by it but would orefer to down load it, anyone willing to help?

brought the motorola e1000 because of the spec eg 1.3 meg camera only had one week and pritty disapointed with the camera fuzy unclear pictures got better pictures out of my sharp gx20 anyone else had problems with this also trying to view pictures on phone and card said unable to read turned the phone off and back on then no probs viewing pictures. Set all settings on camera on max not happy thinking of backing it apart from this every thing else with this phone is great.

this is not a smartphone the only apps you can download are java apps,,seems a belting spec phone i just wonder how people are getting on with battery life

To best of my knowledge thats all. All other features will be availabe. Yes one thing more what I have experienced simple gsm utilizes less battery-I mean on 2G-GSM standby & talk time is relatively better than on UMTS(WCDMA/3G).

hi i ordered this phone from 3 direct and it came within 4 days, with a lot of freebies.. :) this phone is awesome the stereo sound just blows u away i was just wondering if anyone had managed to change the colour scheme on their phone as mine appears not to have that option and what types of apps are available and where can they be found? thanks heaps (everyone go and get this phone :) )
