I am very disappointed with this phone. It was given to me as an apparent "upgrade" bud despite the improved memory space, the slow performance of the phone makes using it distressing. Also random freezes during texting, (especially with predicted text turned on) and 'cut outs' of power adds to the gneral poor-ness of the phone. Be wary of this one if upgrading!

Not only having the picture problem but alarms dont go off if the phone is on charge and the silly thing now keeps turning itself off such as in the middle of a call. Anyone else had this problem? although the picture thing appears to have sorted iteself out somehow lately.

very nice camera. but after using some months its folding side gets loos.but very smart handphone.

Hi, I'm in NZ and have had the same problem with the camera. Picture failure and now corrupting the pictures IF it takes one. Makes afunni noise if the screen is illuminated and gets hot if you use it to long, OTHERWISE it a good phone. Also want to note that if you have problems( this is my THIRD ph in FIVE MONTHS (did have the rayza, don't get me started on that one), the service form Motorola is appaling and you may as well not bother. Hope this helps people.

Hey i Bought this phone 9 months ago and i have'nt had problems with it but what i do not like is that if you talk for more than 30 minutes it will get very hut and it will be almost burning

i bought the motorola v 1075 by vodafone and i hear a disturbing noise from the keyboard , but only when it is illuminated , it doesn't matter if the main screen is on or off .the camera blocks sometimes and u must turn the phone off to make it work again.i have a flex software for this phone but i don't know how tu use it ...can someone tell me how it works ?

A few months back, I bought a Motorola E1070 mobile phone because it has very good features that I am looking for. 5 days later, the phone's internal camera is spoilt, keep displaying System Error. 5 days and it is spoil. Then, I brought to Motorola Service Center, left it there for 2 days to get it repaired, and brought back all looks ok. Then, the screen started having problems, they need to change the motherboard etc. To date I have sent the phone for repair 4x and it is really damn annoying.
Then, the battery started to show low batt, even after a recharge. I brought back to Motorola Service Center and they told me they suspect it is caused by corrosion. The phone got corroded in such a short period of time! And the best thing Motorola Service Center did is:
1. They have no copies of my warranty card, despite the fact they took away the copies earlier.
2. They can't check all my past complains on the phone.
3. They told me to sign a disclaimer, that they will clean up the phone if corroded, but they cannot guarantee that the phone is usable when they return the phone to me! Imagine that! They will take my phone that is currently working (despite the low battery issue), and then they will repair it, and then will return a non-working phone to me, and I must sign the disclaimer. In fact, it will also void the warranty. The supervisor came and said the same thing!
It really infuriates me for such a bad service from Motorola. In fact, their phone has a corrosion indicator, something I never seen in my Ericsson or Nokia phones! Shows that the materials used by Motorola are bad that they even have to add a corrosion indicator.
I will never ever buy a Motorola phone again! Such a regret. If you look at the Motorola Service Center at where I am staying, you will see that the queue is long. On one of my visits there, I encountered a man who was so angry with the counter saying how many times he has to send his phone there for repairs!
Motorola really needs to improve their quality in phones although I must say that the features in E1070 is really wonderful.

i have this phone and i gotta tell you that this phone sux..the reception is bad compared to nokia, the camera is not clear although its 1.3mp and it always hang so i have to turn it off and turn it on again..if i use the 3g at night, the other person cannot see me eventho i use the night mode..the sound is good though.. my opinion, don't buy this phone..buy sony ericson coz i'm going to.. =)

I have this phone for 4 months and I like it, it is pretty good, but what I don't like about it is the funny noise coming form the keyboard, and the quality of the pictures(when the light is not very good the pictures are lame). What is unacceptable is the way that the Motorola personal is treating their customers; they make me go from one service to another because my case is now broke and nobody wants to help me fix/ replace the case.

i don't have this phone, i have the samsung E350. but as for the internet connection problem, you might have to call your phone service (i have tmobile-USA) they had to talk me thru putting their GPRS settings into my phone. it took about 15-20 minutes to set up the internet and set up MMS capability

i've had this phone for about 7 months and its a great phone although i have some troubles connecting it to my computer. also the internet doesnt work. can someone help me with trying to get it hooked up to the computer and the internet? please email me at quarterback32@wowway.com

This phone is a great value for money, however I would like to get it unlocked. I am on 3, and travel often and will never accept or make calls on roaming. Also the battery doesn't last quite as long, almost have to re-charge it every day, when using frequently or playing videos or mp3's.
