Problem with Mobile Phone Tools.
When I open the Multimedia Center, I only have the two explorers (one for the PC, the other for phone) and the buttons used to transfer files.
All the other stuff is missing: Image Studio, Melody Studio, MMS Studio, Video Studio (even if they are present in the screenshots in the help file).
Suggestions?

To smooth
It is not true.
Settings -> Connection -> USB
Then choose the way the phone connects to PC. If you want to use your phone with MPT then choose data connection.
My Firmware version is: 59R

To onizuka1111
To remove the battery push silver button on back of phone down and slide plate down. Then on the sides of the phone there are to grooves. Place thumb and index finger on the battery, push it towards the bottom of phone and remove battery in a curved motion. eg. bottom of battery is center point and top goes around it in a circle.

Today i tryed to connect my sisters v600 and MPT doesnt reconise it either. Even no it did before. So MTP doesnt reconise my e398 or my sisters v600. Could this be a windows problem or a MPT problem?

To Levent-it should have that option.
To noobie-wudie-software updates are available online...just search for yourself...it's not that hard to find them...as for programs, you can choose from a lot of Java Games and applications...again, just search through the internet..you're bound to find something..and I'm from the Philippines, btw.
To Smooth-true...don't have that option though...haven't upgraded yet...file transfers will be so much faster when you have that option.

as for the camera quality, moto e398 make quality pics in good lighting conditions but kind of blured in the corners.
Anyway, i really dont see the day when cameras from GSM phones could be considered an alternative to digital cams. Im using this moto398 only for music, cause that;s the best feature it has and that;s why i got it.

To Peter S
Motorola E398 does not provide an option to have vibration and ring at the same time. You have vibration and, after a while, ringing tone. The vibration is not very long, so there is no risk to have people putting down the phone because you do not answer.
Please note that you can have vibration and ringing tone at the same time if you choose particular ringing tones: in this case the vibration is activated when the speaker cannot play the frequencies of the tone.
Other phones from Motorola offer vib+tone at the same time. Not all the other models but some of them do (for example, Motorola V535).

Been a long while since I used a motorola phone. A question about the vibration mode. I like my phone to vibrate and ring at the same time and it looks like the vibe then ring option is the only one. But thing is, unlike Nokia phones, it only vibrates and then rings after a while. That's not too good cos the vibration is pretty long and most people would put down the phone after just several rings. So I guess motorola phones work this way? Is this normal? Or is it possible to ring and vibe at the same time. Thanks.
