so maical which set do you use ? and can any one tell me how to delete the wallpapers built in the phone "the Mtv ones"

    hey if any one has problems with puttin videos (like i had )on their e398 try the "nokia multimedia converter 2.0" search for it on google and theres this site thatll take u to a nokia forum or watever its worth it trust me ive put music videos on my phone with this thing!

          Concluzion, about these 3 multimedia phones (E398, 6230 and k700):
          Ppl who want mp player, great speaker and good display buy the E398.
          Ppl who want a good video recorder buy the SE k700.
          Ppl who require edge or just like the phone for the fact that it's a nokia..., buy the 6230.
          Everyone agrees with this ?

            7610 is a series 60 phone, if im not mistaking. u cant compare it to any multimedia phone !!!
            As for Nokia 6230, i dont consider 1mb + in internal memory a big advantage.
            As i said, the only thing better at Nokia 6230 is the EDGE technology and video recorder feature... Moto has better display, better sound quality, flashlight (hehe) and it comes with 64mb memory card and data cable.
            Moto E398 it's more fun than the 6230.
            If u want to use video recorder, u dont buy Nokia 6230, u buy the SE k700!!! u can record 41mb at that phone! and u have fullscreen playback (176X208 pixels)

              6230 is a dingy phone and do not compare to E398 nor K700. The nearest inline from Nokia is 7610. But then it is twice as costly as E398.

                    thx fer the reply...as 4 the 6230, it weighs less than the moto, has more internal memory, has EDGE of course, is more user friendly, moto lacks a radio, and of course nokia has the video recorder up to 4mins....oh and here in AUS the prices of the two fones outright are almost exactly the same, 6230 is smaller and has more technology in a more compact shell.

                      i just bought this fon. i can seem to download mp3 to the fon. it keeps saying unsupported format- no conversion possible. HELP!! what should i do

                        Hi all,

                        I like E398, but today I go to some shop and ask the sale to show me this phone for test, I finded some strange on

                        the keypad, it is "147" key will show the light dark than the "258" and "369" key ("1" almost can't see it is light

                        up). Do all this phone owner also the same or it is just this phone have problems?

                        2. How do Motorola's reliable? I am a poor student from Hong Kong, if I buy a phone, I hope it can work properly at

                        least 3 year, do E398's reliable meet this possible?

                          i recently bought this model. it's really great except that the phone memory for inbox messages is so small. it can only store 15 inbox messages. m i the only one with this problem? how can i increase the inbox memory?

                                first of all, i have no head aches using this.
                                second of all, i bought this phone because i wanted to have mp3 player with good quality & a great loudspeaker in a phone with big screen and good vga camera.
                                Nokia 6230 costs more money the moto E398, the display is smaller and has worse quality. The memory card is only 32mb if i am not mistakin and u get no data cable or somethin like this. The only "+" of Nokia 6230 thrue all the "-"-es is the edge connectivity, but that;s not available yet in most networks.

                                  i was torn between this fone and a n6230 and i went with the nokia, good choice i rekon because the e398 lacks video recording, pretty poor, and who needs that much quality sound in the mp3 playa wen u can get an mp3 player alot cheaper? go nokia 6230, kiks this fone's ass
