To find other devices via BlueTooth just go to whatever you want to transfer eg pictures, contact details, datebook entries, sounds etc. choose copy/move (for phonebook send) choose BlueTooth and say look for devices, once you have transferd one file successfully you can go to the device history (settings->connection->bluetooth) and the device will be listed there.
To Sam I'm not going to tell you how great this phone is, I just wanna say that two of my friends who got K700's before I got my E398 sold them and got E398's aswell and they are very satisfied.

The USB mass storage feature is supported in newer SW releases only. Most likely people having problems are still on an old SW label.

hi guys!!! i'm just wondering why your having trouble transfering MP3s to your E398? When I first bought mine, I simply connected the supplied USB cable to the phone and to my PC. My PC automatically recognized the phone as USB storage removable disk, and I simply dragged and dropped the MP3 files. The transfer speed is a bit slow though, but no hassle....the sound is really great both through the dual stereo speakers or through the headset. Great phone!!!

Just wanted to put my 2 cents here... I bought my E398 a few days ago and am pretty happy with it. The things it lacks, as I'd say, are faster memory access and the ability to use pictures/audio directly from the flash card without having to copy them to the phone first, as well as a few minor software design flaws.
But, what I have read here many times, that the phone could not save multiple numbers under the same name is just plain bullsh*t. If you give multiple numbers the same contact name, they will all be saved under the same contact file (see PC sync for this). Then, there's an option in the Phonebook Settings screen to only display primary numbers, which will result in every name being just listed once, with the number the user defined as the primary one as default. With the left- and right-keys, one can now browse through the remaining numbers of the contact before selecting one. It's even easier and faster than on my old T68i where I had to select the number in an own submenu.
