I bought E398 on the 17th of July 2004, 3 days after its launch in Kuala Lumpur. I have to say, this is THE best phone I have every had till date. its mp3 ring tones with BASS is too good and its interface is as good as it goes. The best part is, I can connect it to my computer, send SMS and do eveything from my desktop. This is a must have. I give it 10 out 10. I have dropped the phone once and its as strong as steel. Not a scratch. I have had it for 20 days now and I am on top of the world. if you wanna know something abt the phone, u can mail me, cheers.

u r wrong! wap is made by gprs or csd. GPRS means broadband, csd it a dial-up type conection. WAP is the way u browse the internet

To jasp-jasp. Wap is like dialup internet for your fone GPRS is like broadband internet for your fone. Tri & quad-band means your fone supports three/four different bandwiths.
                      Texting is very user friendly.

Symbian OS is past ... Go for full fledged OSs like Linux or microsoft ... A mobile only OS cannot sustain any more...

Cadmus, yes you can listen via the headphones. You can also play MP3's using the stereo speakers. Your choice!
