I love this phone. Only problem is switching from AT&T to Cingular. Does anyone know how to get it to accept a 64K SIM card?

hey guys i got a few questions about the motorola e398......
-how do i enable video recording?
-if i were to upgrade my e398 to a e398i or i398, what differences would the phone have?
-whats the biggest memory card compatible with the phone and how much does it cost?

i heard a lot of good things about the e398 especially the mp3...my friends told me that the sound system is very clear so now i am bugging my mom to buy me this phone...if any1 of you can tell me whether to buy it or leave it n use my old phone,please email me n give me a word...my phone now is a samsung e810...

This cute little stylish phone is a great thing when it comes in your hand. It's camera quality is good but it is a little slow in performance as it takes an about 5-7 mins to initialize and get started the mp3 player and also it takes 2 seconds approx. when a call comes on your phone. Exactly what happens is first it rings and then the caller's identification is shown. I really don't know why this happens?
But in all, it's headset's soud quality is amazing and it really gives the stereophonic quality of sound.The second only drawback is it doesn't have the FM radio which will definitely expand in the greater customer capture than the resent situation.

Any1 had this problem ??
The problem come is when u assign picture to a phonebook .. When the caller call..it takes bout 3-5 seconds only the pic come out and then takes another 2-4 seconds only i can receive the call..
Do any1 know y ?? Izzit because the memory ?

slow~~~maybe it needs a moment to process~~~that usb cant work properly~~i found a lot of problems...but..cheap..a good phone to buy~~

i've just got my 128 meg memory card..seem to be its work and i can download about 20-25 mp3 songs......it's cool.....sounds was great......somebody said her that he alraedy used 256 meg ..wow....can 512 meg memory card can be used for this phone? anyone? e-mail me plsss....

hey dude im planning of purchasing a e398 but as i hav read bout the comments regarding this unit it doesnt seem to have a video recoder! is that true????????? my unit at present is ericson p800, if ill ask you, would you swap your p800 to moto e398???/// your response is very well appriciated thanks dude

it's been a month since i used this e398 unit but i have some problem encountered such as:
1. when i accidentally saved in my phonebook with no data yet i suppossedly to entry with in the entry details and it automatically stored. Now the problem is that i can't delete it in the phonebook. What i have to do is to replaced the existing SIM card with another one and thats the time i could delete my previous error entry.
2. i can't send photo messaging to another phone. i tried to read the manual and the instructions is very simple. i thought of having going back to the provider which i used to subscribe on this because maybe there is something at their end to be set-up first before i can send on it.
