I admit tis phone is good enough to support ur requirement. Tis phone juz do a little bit slow only tey is nothing to worry abt it. Its quite easy to use (user friendly) especially SMS tat easy to use the T9 function. Wat i knw tey is no FM radio. The T-Flash (smallest memory card than RS MMC) is smaller than SIM card. The LCD pixel is very small when compared C380. LCD color is deep is enough. It has built-in security tat user can set a pin number on some applications. E.g phonebook(directory), message, settings, n so on. Its good for user who left the phone wit Lockin pin number to unable user to adjust or view the application. Its good, rite? The sound is good without loss any detail. It does included the earphone to answer call and listen to ur MP3 music too. Tis E398 is a tough phone N quality finised. Post here again if any doubt abt tis phone.

                            tom:
The easyiest way to access your phones memory card is, make sure your usb/default settings are set to the memeory card, the whaen you connect your phone up to your pc then {exlore my compuer} and your phone will show up as a removeable drive, simply cick down on the files in my mobile in drive f( thats what mine is called) then drag a mp3 file from a different source into the 'audio' folder

i got the motorola e398 and absolutely love it! the 64mb memory isn't even enough since i use it all the time to listen to music. think that this is a better pick than k700, coz what can u do with a memory of 40mb? the memory can be upgraded which is absolutely great so that means more music! right now i have mor than 20 mp3s in my hp and am loving it!

To any E398 user: Do all E398's have a problem with the charging unit? and if price was'nt a concern, is the E398 still better than the K700i ??? need to know before purchasing it. All things considered
( pro's n con's of the 2 phones ) im guessing the K700 is a better pick, overlooking the inability to upgrade memory.
I need a phone which would last me long enough, hence reliable. Phone Experts, please help me out here. Im in a Fix.
                                  thanx .... in advance

If you surf review sites of mobile phones, and check out ads of the newer and upcoming phones in the market, you will notice a lot of changes in cell phone features from last year. What was the standard of VGA cameras last year is MEGAPIXEL this year; most mid and high end phones now have a removable memory, screen quality improved in general; most phones have MP3 and MPEG capabilities. What I am trying to say here is that the E398 is part of the evolutionary process in mobile phone devices, where manufacturers churn out mobile devices that are iPods, video cams, digital cams, PDA's.... The E398 is a design of last year which therefore makes it an obsolete phone this year, but is still a great phone by any standard.
