The Moto takes a natural approach while other brands push more HDR. You can edit on google photos and push more HDR or tweak colors.
Night photos may not be the best bur for me they are just fine.
I agree with you stereo speakers would have been the cherry on top of the cake. First i thougt it would be a major dealbreaker, as my previous phones had them, still with tws ear phones you won´t miss, and the mono speaker is really loud.
IT´s a great all rounder phone, good and sturdy design. It would have been perfect with 3 major OS updates. The support will end on Android 13 and that´s it.

Exept the camera everything is great.
Camera just sucks. My Redmi note 9 pro took better photos than this 108mp camera. They gave OIS in an 8mp camera with periscope lens which is not a great decision i guess. They should have given OIS on the main camera or taken a better camera such as a 16mp one for the periscope lens .
Buy this phone for -
1) Extreme fluidity even on 60Hz. ( No frame drops anywhere in UI )
2) Android 12
3) 144Hz OLED HDR10+
4) Sd870 , LPDDR5 , UFS3.1 so good gaming
5) Phone comes with all 5g bands available in India
6) Large 6.7 inch screen
7) No heating even while charging and using simultaneously
8) 8mm thin 190gm lightweight sturdy aluminium frame glass back
9) Premium design
10) USB VEDIO OUT (yes , DP1.4 SUPPORT)
11) Stock Android & Moto Features such as use phone as webcam etc
DONT BUY FOR -
1) camera quality
2) good cases and tempered not available
3) Stereo Speakers not there ( that's fine for me as I use earbuds )
4) no headphone jack
5) some features such as double tap to lock screen not there.

Comparing this to a poco it's almost an insult. But it's up to you

Is the frame really aluminum? With this weight I doubt that it is really aluminum because no word of the frame material in Motorolla's itself website.
Any way now I can buy this Edge 20 Pro (12+256) or Poco F4 (8+256) with almost same price, which one would you pick and why?

Otherwise is fine, believe me. if you´re not happy you can always use Gcam works like charm.
I honestly like the results, mostly natural colors not over exposured , it´s fine and they have tons of detail. Depends on how demanding you are.
It´s running android 12 so fluid , and battery life is amazing. You won´t get that on the samsung or the xiaomi believe me. If you like stability and smooth stock experience it´s a great phone, you´ll love it. The only thing i missed at first was lack of stereo but with a good pair of airpods you´ll get over that

So by reading some of user reviews, The only major Con of this phone is the camera quality. Does it's camera quality comparable with Samsung S20FE 5G and Xiaomi 11T Pro 5G? is it close to them?? and does the camera REDish tint problem solved via updates??
only these 2 models have similar spec/prices with moto in my country. and I like moto because of it's software.
The other minor problems are okey with me.

If you´re after photo quality maybe there better phones outhere, for me it´s more than enough. I have a propor DSLR camera for those quality puporses.

One can't tell, using the photo compare tool, if one camera is better than another. You'd think you could. I have this phone, the camera is incredibly mediocre, excells at non-sharp pictures. It is always off in either tone or focus, never sharp. My old LG G8 takes superb, sharp, uneditorialized pics, that always manage to look good. However, using the tool, it's hard to tell. So--bad camera. Not worth the premium. Otherwise, it's a good phone, but certainly not if you care about pics.

is anyone having a red tint issue with the screen? especially noticeable on a white screen? the red tint just comes up for 2-3 seconds then becomes normal

Got mine yesterday.
Had some doubts to replace my edge 1gen, this does not have stereo , still not a deal breaker as I would expect. Impressive much better display and smooth, very lightweight considering it's dimensions. With Android 12 is really smooth, and balanced device. Coming from an OPPO find x3 pro, the edge really has an "edge" on its user experience, much smoother.
Camera is good, I like it's natural approach , and comparing o y previous Edge is much quicker when taiga photos. Great periscope lens.
You won't regret buying one, better in y opinion than te 30 pro with much better battery life and great performance

camera really sucks, when taking photos it is clear and okay but the end result is blurry, it will make you shoot more pictures to have options, both rear and front not good, they have updated the camera app on appstore but still no improvements, i don't know if they're fixing this on the next update or let it pass since the phone isn't popular and already has successor, anyways hope someone will stand and raise this issue so Motorola will push improvement on the camera, i feel like i wasted money on this,
