Android 13 is yet to be revealed, when other OEMS have them on their flagships. I don´t want to be the first in lime, if I wanted that i would have bought the Pixel 7, still there should have a timeline of update and compromise from Motorola.

I know they are a small team, yet i get the feeling that they are more concerned abou tnnew releases every month rather then provide proper support to the devices. We´re paying Ultra price over here so yes, we need the best support , and not being treated as mid range customers.

Just saying
Moto user over more than two decade.....

Just over 1 month of having it: It's wonderful, super fast in everything, I only have satisfaction.
As for shooting in bright sunlight, it takes great photos, but when you have the "auto high resolution" turned on on the main camera, it strikes a balance, resulting in excellent 50mp photos, while that in ultra-resolution mode, it also takes excellent photos at 200 mpx, but with inferior HDR. The video at 4k at 60 frames has been greatly improved, achieving very good stabilization, in this 4k60 mode, even to improve HDR, because in 4k at 30 frames, HDR is much better. They still have to release the zoom to 4k. The 8K is very well achieved, the HDR, and the zoom is limited too, they have me improve that there.
The selfie camera is also excellent, it just needs to be unlocked the possibility of making videos at 60 frames, because according to the manufacturer of the sensor, the front camera supports up to 60 frames at 4k. Motorola has to do its best to update the camera driver software. I have faith, that, during the 3 years of updating in improvements, it will do it correctly.
In my benchmark tests, it manages to be just 18% slower in CPU speed, and manages to match it in GPU speed, compared to the brand new Galaxy S23 ultra, with the s23 ultra having a slightly newer processor.

I´m from Portugal, and as far as I´m aware, those who live in certain regions from Europe are still stuck in october.

Mov.star, I do not modify the motorola firmware. I tried clear chip, tuenti, movistar, etc, it works perfectly. Probably the firmware of your device depends on another local update provider

TetraG, 17 Jan 2023Device beauty. Total sustained power, without lageos, beaut... moreAs Moto Edge 30 Ultra and Moto user for the last 10 years, i get the feeling that support is beeing left behind.
Still running October patch. no android 13. I´m not asking for a Samsung update level, but they could at least give it a try and be more serious.

To my previous post, I add: As for games that require high performance, I have tested Fortnite, and it runs fine, but adjusting the game to 90 fps, and at maximum performance, the effects are automatically set to "low", and during the game barely exceeded 60fps, varying from 30 to 65 or so, during gameplay. Immediately after the game, I closed fortnite, and opened the AIDA64 application, to observe the thermal index, and marked the maximum temperature point, in the "socd" sector, at approximately 75ºc, and in the battery it reached 40ºC, in the CPUs, I get to around 52ºC. In other words, if we want the battery not to degrade, it should not be used for high-performance games, unless we put some powerful cooling system on it, such as a fan. It's a good idea to play projecting with Ready For on another screen, so it doesn't get so hot. Let's take into account that smartphone processors, so that they can equal a PC processor, with 10nm technology, a processor in the phone would be needed, of at least 0.5 nm. Therefore the most powerful processors of Smartphones are more than 20 times less powerful than the most powerful PCs. Therefore, to play games that require high performance, always a PC, or a portable gaming laptop, is infinitely superior.
Being even, this phone, one of the most powerful. For everything else, it is a "lightning" fast, gently surpassing the IPHONE 14 pro max, in terms of speed.
It needs to improve the driver software that controls the cameras, in terms of focus response, and intelligent control of brightness and contrast regulation, and sharpness, in night photographs. In photography in full sun, the photographic quality and sharpness of the high resolution camera at 200 mpx shines, and I also highlight that the zoom camera captures good light at night.

Device beauty. Total sustained power, without lageos, beautiful screen, very fast charge in 15 min, with wireless charging, which charges it in 40 min (but heats up a lot with the wireless charge), and very little heats up with the ultra-fast cable charge. It is in Argentina, in the mov-istar online store, it is available unlocked, to be used with any company, and it comes without added blotware, and without installed rare applications, it comes with the motorola firmware, without modifications, for a little more than 600 dollars. I measured 1,083,035 points with antutu 9, on par with the ROG Phone 6. In other words, it's a real beast. I was a Samsung Note user, but those performance drops when they heat up, and with this beast from Motorola, that doesn't happen, it maintains sustained performance. I am very happy. The cameras improved with the December update, they take excellent photos, but it still needs to improve, more with updates, so that it reaches the same level as Samsung, in terms of cameras only. But the selfie camera is excellent in sharpness, with the resolution at 60mp, it brings out fine details. Motorola should send an update to activate the video at 4K and 1080p at 60 frames, in the selfie camera, because the sensor does support it, but at 30 frames it is working quite well

I dislike curved screens and have said it numerous times. I would not buy phones with curved screens again. I have tried to like them in the past but could not get used to them. However, the phone manufacturers kind of force this design on you if you probably wish to have the best of camera (Samsung, Google, Xiaomi & Co.)
Sad! At least Apple and Sony have not followed this mass trend. Well done Apple and Sony.

I am using curved screen phones starting from Samsung S6 edge+ and i never had any complaints. Flat screen are also good but they give feel premium. Curved screens are easy to get cracked but it depends upon how u keep ur phone and the case you use. I have never cracked any of my phones from past 7 years. So no complaints

I have had this device since Christmas. As I write this, I unplugged it 16 hours ago, have watched an hour of youtube and probably had about 6 hours to screen time, with mail, One Note, browsing, Facebook and Twitter and other apps. It still has 51% battery.
I am not a gamer not do I shoot Video and the Verizon of Android meets my needs. It is a step up from the Nokia flagship I had. The optical zoom on the camera was important to me and works well. Wireless Charging is a boon.
The processor is quick. The Moto gesture of shake for flashlight/torch and double twist for camera are great.
I have a larger case on order as I would break it with out.
In the UK is is well priced for a phone of this spec to only 75% of the price quoted here.
I would very much recommend this phone.
