Turn the phone off &... moreNot sure if it's a battery issue or software issue but sometimes it giving me 100% battery even after using for an HR and sometimes within 5 mins of full charge it's gets down to 98%. I even did the battery calibration but that's the result I am getting.

Turn the phone off > Plug into the Original Charger > Left it plugged and On the boot screen for almost 2-3 hours after it gets 100%. See if it solves the battery issue.

After Android 13 update my phone's battery got screwed so badly that I checked on battery wear test it showed me it can hold only 35% of the charge. Even on XDA forum people have complained the same about battery issue after update. I also did a full reset on the phone just to see if the battery calibration was off but it made no difference. I think I will have to go to authentic service centre since the phone is under warrenty. Anyone else facing same problem? Do let me know

Just go to the samsung or apple forums, you will find tons of issues. Motorola is offers a clean UI, which only pixel can offer. Motorola is not perfect, cam is bad, not that much of a gaming models out there. But for an average user, its a good choice.

Push, 06 Aug 2023How did you debloat the phone? Please guide me.Search in Google for "adb appcontrol". Download the software. Download and install motorola drivers for Windows. Allow USB debugging in Developer options of the phone. Connect the phone to the computer, run ADB appcontrol. Now, either you google for "motorola bloatware" and disable the packages one by one, or register adb appcontrol for 10$ (or anything in that range), click Debloat and choose "Safe". Look again what packages are selected (for example I use Google calendar and Google keyboard). If you want to use these just deselect them. When you decide, click "Disable" (not "Uninstall"). After it finishes, unplug the phone and reboot. Use the phone for a week. If everything is ok, you may ununstall these disabled packages. If you have problem, select all of them and choose "Enable". I lost like 2-3 weeks to safely and fully debloat all of the garbage I did not need.

Battery drai... moreI will say u should make a backup of ur phone before updating to any OS update.....and after installation of that update u should make a factory reset.....whatever brand it is samsung, moto, OnePlus, etc.......After an update if u start as a new then most of the problems solve......I have this experience before but after having this tip my problem was solved.

Got July 1st security patch update 2 days ago. Battery drain has gone up at standby mode from 1% to 2%. Before sleeping I charge by battery to 100 %. By morning it's around 91% to 92 %. I guess after Android 13 update battery life has been decreased. Is anyone facing the same issue? I am not a gamer but I use my phone for calls and social apps only.

SAM102, 27 Jul 2023Help Moto Users: Despite this phone has launched last year.... moreLooking at your concerns I would definitely recommend you this phone any day over any other phone. Great camera, great performance and best battery life as compared to phones with 5K mah batteries. Moto phones easily last 4 years and beyond. If you are a casual user it will be the best phone for you. Besides I haven't found any bugs in software as I am using it from past 10 months. Software updates are slow but you won't regret it as Moto updates their phone with almost no bugs rather than other companies who ruin their phones batter, camera and UI experience. This phone also has a very premium in-hand feel to it but there is only IP 54 rates protection for dust and water resisitence ( light splash of water). So if you want this phone which is in your budget just go for it.

I hope the Edge 40 ultra comes with a periscope* now that Apple is finally going to put it together, or does it make sense to have a phone without a good decent powerful telephoto lens
