1. dual sim active - its mean dual sim active at a time, if sim1 is busy sim2 will show waiting.
2. dual sim standby - its meam dual sim standby anytime, if sim1 is busy sim2 will show swict off
3. dual sim phone - its mean only one sim is active either sim 1 or sim 2 as you select.

So No PC Sync or u cannot used it as a modem through data cable, battery backup is very bad ,no trackball, no dual stand by. Why guys u r misleading the people by saying it as a awesome.

this phone is osem, with bright screen(better then from nokia, others). camara is digital takes cool pics, its image editting is just dashing...overall--phone is far better then other phones available in market... c3 is good in just one aspect i.e, battary life, total multimedia functions of ex115 are cool then c3, others.

I have been going through all the comments given by many people.
I would like to mention that This mobile very good compared with other dual sim mobiles
I have used LG GX200, GX 300,
Compared to GX300, this is better.
I find the phone really good

First time branded dual sim standby qwerty mobile is in market and it is going to prevail the market. hence the low quality india and chines mobile companies become mad and posting wrong comments.

This is the worse mobile i ever seen. Planning to sell from the day i purchased it. Resale price is Rs.2500/ in most of the mobile shops in mumbai. So really wasted my money on this handset. I will not buy any mobile from motorola in future.

I've tested Nokia C3 And Motorola EX115. Motorola is way better, it have better positioned keyboard ( C3 have strange shape on bottom, so in one moment I accidentaly dropped phone ), and plastic is not very glossy like C3. Both are dumb phones, but Motorola Wins in this case because of dual standby and better ergonomy.

U cannot use this phone as modem with your computer via datacable. Thatswhy Motorola is not supplying data cable and PC sysnc CD in the box. Compare to this Micromax Q75 is lot better option to chose...So the guys who says that EX 115 is better I think they are paid from motorola for making this sort of comments. If you guys have true idea what is the better things then u must have to clarify it pointwise. Last but not the least MMX Q75 provide 1200 M.. and Motorola gives 930M.. battery In which it is ahead of MMX Q75. Don't make this type of comments, I think u don't have any hands-on experience on EX115 and Q75..
