this phone is awful gd if u want something simple but wen it comes to images its a no go i couldnt set any of my images as a wallpaper also dint come wit usb !!!!

1.) How to remove Date and Time from the screen? - The "Menu>Settings>1,5,6" method doesn't work for me.
2.) How to change text tone?
3.) Anyone know how to modify this phone?

Hello
I'm interested in getting this phone but it seems it was released only in Europe. If I buy one and ship it to the Philippines, are there any settings/modifications I need to setup for it to adapt to the networks here?

i want to buy this phone but before that can someone help me, i have a few questions
1) is this phone really have 700hour stand by? (im the kind who always forgot to charge their phone)
2) when there's a message incoming theres a notification, but how long it will last? cause i dont want to open the flip or push the volume button just to check if there's a message
please help me

Marija, 14 Jan 2012I have Motorola Gleam, and i bought memory card but i can't... moreWhat you do is plug phone into laptop via usb cable,goto computer,up comes 2 drives F and G,G is the internal drive of phone which has only 5mb of memory,so click on drive F this is the memory card,goto your list of mp3s etc,click on these holding down CTRL,then when you have all highlighted,click copy,up should come the drive letters,select drive F,then copy,wait till download is finished,then DON'T select Music,select File Manager,then blue highlighted MEMORY CARD,click open on options,up should come up playlist,select using centre button,or scroll down to what you want play.

But what's the use when you can't get rid of the CLOCK that is covering the entire display.

Just do the following: Press MENU, Press SETTINGS, Press 1, now press 5, now press 6. The clock is now gone. The clock still works on the LED display on the outside of the phone.

Pretty basic , good looking phone! Better software and more user friendly than previous Moto phones.
Excellent for the price and for those who really don´t care about anything else other than making/receiving calls and some text messages.
The screen is sharp and very colourfull. Fells good in your hand ! is like driving a classic VW Beatle or mini nowadays!
If you´re after a simple phone, take a look at this one! And it´s really cheap!

Can anyone tell me how to get a capital letter at the start of a word when texting in predictive text? The handbook sates to press the "0" key but this does nothing on my phone. The only way I can get a capital is by changing the text input to all caps (having scrolled through the 7 different types of text input!) then having to change back to predicitve text!!!!!!! Is my phone faulty or is everyone having this issue?
