i'm hav a n900 with me now...but am gonna buy a milestone at any moment...
so i just wanted to know abt the battery backup

0600-0800 + 1800-2300=7hrs on 3G
... moreAirplane mode while on wifi....as I'm in office...and my office is away from home on roaming.
and even connected on wifi, I'm not browsing "all the time"....is work hours.
Whatever, can you tell me why you feel so reluctant to charge the phone twice a day? What seems to be the problem?

RSS, 12 Aug 2010cant make up my mind between milestone & htc legend,as ... morego for the milestone, i heard that legend has problems with signal on wi-fi, and the droid which i own it has a steardy construction, far better than the legen
it trully is the smartphone without compromise

is it cupcake version??
and i heared charging vis USB give you much batter backup even it takes longer than wall charging

probably some, but unlike other Android phones I'm using running on 1.5, I never need to install / use task killer on my Milestone to free up RAM.
if you don't have access to power via USB, just get an extra battery and charger. Afterall, if you drive a sports car / SUV, you probably can't expect the same fuel economy as a compact car.

again, if you want such "fast" response, the expense is the battery life, and personally I don't charge it twice a day is really that big a deal.
but then if battery life is your "life", may I sugget one of the smartphones from Philips...you will get longer battery life than your N900

even if its giving me from 8am-11pm then i think its very low.
my present n900 also gives me around 13hrs
damn i thot milestone had a better battery
Now am hving second thoughts of buying it..
But i really like it
any one have a detailed description on the battery usage and life?
