when turn on speaker in my mobile both the mobile speaker as well as headset speaker is working.kindly help me for slolve this Problem.

AnonD-596417, 14 Oct 2016Did they accepted ur return for this OTG issue? My return has been approved. But there will be a technician who'll visit just to see the problem. Once he checks the phone and the problem with it they'll replace it with another device. The technician visit is scheduled for the 15th of October.

Hello All, bought this phone to gift my wife and she is having a good time with it. We recently went on a vacation and you wont believe we had one of the best photos. The camera is quite good under the sky, but lags a bit indoors. The battery life is awesome goes on and on, i myself own a Moto G3 and loving it. Both the phones are justified at their price tag. Coming back to E3 we found there is no lag in the functionality and is quite crisp in navigation. The phone never heats up but heating is their right, it should be talked about, show me a phone which doesn't heats up everything dose.
It feels good when you hold it and it doesn't slip, viewing angels are good, internal storage is quite good. While writing this reviews some of my friends said it is not worth writing a review on a Chinese phone, i totally agree depending on th situation our country is going through. I am just writing my opinion and nothing else.

I am also facing the same problem, my phone is also unable to transfer file from Internal/microsd to OTG pendrive. Please share the technique if somebody has been able to resolve this issue.

AnonD-597257, 13 Oct 2016I have received this product 2 days ago. It was a good exch... moreI have not faced any problem. After Nexus 5 (rooted & custom ROM/kernel user) e3 power is secondary device. Fully satisfied customer.
Charged 100% in 2.5 hrs, 4G, Volte calling working fine... battery is superb, camera also good. OTG works fine. No heating issue.
Headphone is avg but justified in this price.
Even though processor mediatek, it works smooth, fast, no lag (set animation 0.5x).
Mediatek MT6735P launched in 2015, where as Qualcomm sd 410 too old 2014 yr SOC, MT6735P beaten 410 in all benchmark studies.
In this price range all phone comes with 410, comparatively this phone is better & will get nougat update soon as it's pure Android OS.
If anyone is getting faulty piece, get it replaced.
This is really value for money in this segment.

The earlier given information to me was wrong. Pathetic e-commerce website this.
About the replacement. They have scheduled a technical visit for the 15th of October. The technician will check and then they will either replace the phone if is in stock or refund the amount with the exchange amount as flipkart voucher.

If you are power user with lots of heavy graphic intensive usage, this phone is not for you. It doesn't have finger print scanner, no compass.
If you are looking for basic functions of calling, messages, emails then it's a good choice.
