I have received this product 2 days ago. It was a good exchange offer . But i got disappointed after getting this phone. This is a very narrow sized phone . And even if it is 5 inch but still it looks like very tiny phone and the home button back button sensors are also with in the screen of 5 inches which makes it lookeven more small.
This is even not a match to moto g 2nd gen phone and moto E(the only moto phones i have seen). And a low quality phone with low quality earphone. The processor is very slow and often it takes much time to slide the page down.
I got a fautly set in which the charging can not be done. Even if i swt it to charge it shows that phone is charging but not a single percent of charge increases. This phone is unable to receive or make calls as it has no sim connectivity.
Flipkart customer care told me that the product is unavailable for which they will refund me and the price of old phone will be sent to my flipkart account as a gift voucher. But again they changed decision and placed a replacement order without my knowledge.
I am simply fadded up with moto e3 and also flipkart. Moto e3 is also having otg problem that you can't copy any file from usb pendrive to phone or sd card memory . You will need to store the contents of pendrive to google drive only. And this problem does not seem to be resolved.
Don't know how such a big shopping app of india can promote this like produc though any other shopping apps don't even mension about this product .
Simply made a mistake by choosing this one and will never ever recomend anyone to buy this.
And if one will think these features are good at this price then a straigt no. What to do with the 8 mp camera and a wonderful selfie camera if the basic featured are not good in this phone. If u want to get good camera quality then buy this . But still you won't be able to play heavy games .
This phone showed problem from first day and it would be better if refund would be done in stead of a replacement.

So did Flipkart accept replacement for this otg issue?
What about volume control level, is it ok for you?

Also if it a software bug howcome some phones have it and some don't? I've tried flashing, resetting and almost everything the problem still persists. But in some phones this issue isn't there so obviously it has to be a hardware fault.

rudra, 13 Oct 2016sir, i want buy moto e3 power but i cnfuse buy or not pls ... morePlease don't buy this phone , I bought only because of the extra exchange bonus ,for Moto E 1 they gave ₹2600.
Otherwise I was in plan to moto G4 play., Its also eligible for Nougat update.
One thing is sure after Moto - Lenovo tie up , the quality of Moto is very questionable. Even G4 plus receiving lot of problems.

If its a hardware problem , it won't be rectified after the restart , but things will be Normal after restart.
So I strongly believe this is a software issue.
Please explain with proper reason how it can be hardware fault?

It is not meant for heavy games and media applications.
It is good for normal use like calling, messages, emails etc.
It has no fingerprint sensor or compass.
If above mentioned suits your needs, then buy it. Else buy other ones.

After talking to flipkart's customer care, they said if they have a replacement in stock they will replace with another piece. If not they will refund the amount. The old won't won't be returned. The amount against that old phone will be refunded. Like if the exchange amount for your old phone was 2000. They will not give the phone back but will give you 2000 rupees in your bank account.

i purchase this phone but can not connect with a smart TV and also slow charging.
