I've had this phone for 4 months and absolutely loved it UNTIL..the update yesterday. Now my battery drained overnight and it's taking all day to charge!! Now what? Very upset!

I am using Moto E 2nd Gen Last 4 or 5 MonthAfter the update of Android L 5.1 on my Moto E2nd 3G vresion the phone work like butter....

Don't buy anything from Motorola!!! They will not stand by their warranty. I had a problem with the phone in that people complained they couldn't hear me or the phone would just disconnect. After talking with someone in the customer service department, I was told they would send me a new phone and a package for me to return my phone to them. They asked for my credit card number so they could charge me for a new phone if I didn't return the one that didn't work within a reasonable time. I returned it the day after I received the new phone and package to return the old one. They charged me $24 to FIX the old phone. They have been promising ever since to credit my account and to this day (almost 3 months) I have received nothing!!! I get an email about once a week which says the same thing about returning the phone. They have admitted and acknowledged that they received it. It's extremely frustrating to try to deal with them. So I thought I'd just tell everyone how they do business and implore you NOT to buy a Motorola phone because their warranty means absolutely NOTHING!!!

Moto e 2nd gen unlocked from staples in Canada $160 (Boxing Day). Bought from Fido a new sim for $10 and my pay as you go works like before. Added 32 Gig Sd and formatted it with Marshmallow to be internal storage. Works as expected feeding some internal memory for apps that cannot be moved to the Sd card.
Battery life 5 days with one or two short calls a day. That's normal for me. Got a few apps , a space empire builder , and a cell tower and wifi point location finder and both work well. The game does draw more power but playing it for 30 minutes a days shortens the recharge cycle to 4 days.

The worst phone and the worst service. I purchase this phone in oct and in Nov the earpieace reciever failed and till now at april end my my phone's problem is not rectified. It takes more then 2 months for spare parts availability at service center. Customer care is completely useless. They have no idea of anything. The charger of my phone is also replaced twice as it stops working. Its better to purchse some local phone then motorola. Nobody is listening from motorola. Worst compnany's worst phone

worst phone ever brought.. Name any of the most required features, this is at a loss..
- no flash and bad front cam
- suprises you with hang/heat when playing games or openned multiple apps
- No matter what, background apps do run freq (adding to your RAM burden)
- Battery gets dischared pretty quicklly when listening songs.
- Takes ample time to connect a call

It is a really bad phone.
-Low space issues even though I have nothing stored in the phone
-Very slow and heats up crazily even when I am texting or something
-Camera is bad (my previous phone has 5np camera too this is far worse)
-The battery takes about 5 hours to charge completely and sometimes drains completely in about 10 hours or so
-It has not even been a year I have this phone and I had to format my phone 4 times to get rid of space issues
It is not up to the standard of motorola. PLEASE DO NOT CONSIDER BUYING THIS PHONE.

Very, very slow phone. I have this phone for 5 months and I reseted it 3 times deleting everything I had to try to run it faster, no lucky... It slow to open and close apps, to search things online and to type.

First thing don't buy this phone for those who want to buy one .there is no FTP protocol in Bluetooth and when ever you think of updating the phone new issues arise very very bad connectivity .heats up regularly phone hangs regurly plz I ask you don't buy this phone and I am using motoe2

This phone is good but,
This phone does not supports big GAME like GTA vice city when we open it the game opens and then we click "start game" button it crashes and come back to home screen, this is the problem of the game or my Motorola e2nd gen???

Hi All,
Wifi is not working properly on my handset. It's intermittent. Soft and Hard reset has failed. Issue persists. Can anyone please help. The warranty is also over now. Data works fine though.
