Its a amazing phone at good price. Performance is very good, I never experienced any type of lag or freeze in my 3 months of usage. User experience is very good because of the plain vanilla android UI (Many Thanks to Google). Recently updated Moto from 4.4.2 to 4.4.4.

I was using along with 3g n wifi but then also device was givin a 24hours of usage....now its running only for 14hours..

My phone also eats the battery after update , does anyone know if you can roll the phone back to 4.4.2 ,
I have read that the battery problem is affecting every motorola model that did the update.

Use some battery saving apps like battery doctor.turn off WiFi,mobile data, GPS wen not in use.when I followed above, I got battery backup for 2 days.

I have purchased MOTO G in Feburuary 2014 and I am feeling very bad experience regarding his battery who is going to be discharged with in one hour after its full charging. Now I am feeling bad with it.
Please let me suggest what I have to do?

Hi guys..
I have got an issue...have been using this device since past 4 months....had never face any prob but 3 days back after jpgrading to 4.4.4 my battery drains much faster than ever....not even lasts for 14 hours...
Kindly share your opinion hiw to solve this issue asap??????....

I hvae been using the phone from past 2 months and it has not given any issue.but in some cases, the phone,if found faulty, can be replaced through flipkart within 15 days(Not sure about this..google it to get the exact days before which it can be replaced).
But a friend of mine bought the same phone and had issues with network and also software glitches.He got it replcaed but again , the replaced phone also had glitches.So he gave that back also.
Conclusion:
1.Currently im using this phone and it has not given me any 3g connectivity issues or any other software glitches.I think the 4.4.4 should have patches which would resolve any glitches if they were present for some reason.I would recommend you to go and buy this phone.
2.If you buy a phone and if that has any issues, it can be repalced within few days in flipkart.
The above are my personal opinions.The chioce is yours:)

Hi,
I am using Moto G from past 2 months.It had not given any problems as such.But 2 days before, i updated the android to 4.4.4. Now i see, my internet connectivity does not work properly.Sometimes it works and sometimes it does not.
Wifi: but the internet works fine with wifi.
Conclusion:
1.Can i say that the issue is with the Network / internet provider??
2.OR is it something to do with the android update?

One good thing i have found with the 4.4.4 update is that it allows you to choose either 2G or 3G ,
To do this select settings , then select more , then mobile networks , and finally select preferred network type,
