moto g user, 19 Jan 2015there is no update available in about phone. so how to upda... moredownload the zip file from the link given in the previous post(15.01.2014) into your computer and paste the file in the internal(phone) memory of your moto g. the check for updates in 'system update'.

up to date v 5.0.2 .thanks jhonv ..still not feel any bug. working like charm. bettry performance increased by 3-4 hour/day. thanks for lollipop.

anonymous, 18 Jan 2015I downloaded the file from the link which you posted but I ... morepaste the zip file you downloaded in the phone memory (internal memory) not in any other folders like- All factory stat's, Alarms, Android etc and click 'system update' in settings menu. The update will be automatically detected.

i got my phone 2 days ago. was working fine. now it jut will not coperate. cant recieve nor text out messages. barely getten calls out. anyone have any ideas on how I can fix tis probem? please help

Hi i bought this phone three weeks ago and i have a problem with sim card . Firstly i've used a micro sim card and everything was going right,after two days the phone shows me only emergency calls so i bought another sim card and for two weeks it was working good and i could use my phone to make call but suddenly when i started playing asphalt 8 the network drops and it shows only emergency call so i removed the new micro sim card and inserted it again and worked but after two weeks the network has gone and even i removed the sim card and inserted it again the phone didn't detect it and it shows me only emergency call :( Can anyone help me how to fix it ,should i try factory reset ?

Im using browser n same time i was go into the settings than i was come again to the chrome... Crome was restart.... Shit,....

i got fed up with this phone really. i purchased this phone 6 months back only. battery back up is not even half an hour. worst phone which i never saw.
